Perfect setup! Room was immaculate and the common area was right on the money! All of the extra touches were great, cookies, snacks, coffee, treats, you name it! Location was just a few steps from the town shuttle, and it’s a pretty easy walk to chair 7. The heart of Telluride/Gondola was walkable as well. Would definitely stay here again, thanks Anita!

Our stay in the Aspen Rose room was perfect. Having access to a kitchen was great, so we could make our own healthy meals and save money, instead of eating out for every meal. Was a lovely home, we’d choose again.

My sister-in-law and I were in Telluride for a 3 day Women's Ski Camp. We chose Anita's place because of it's price, location, and attractiveness. We were blown away by the extra little things Anita provided, including snacks, coffee, and flavored seltzers in the community kitchen (and a sweet HUGE bowl of starburst at the front entrance). The hot tub was perfect to ease our tired bodies at the end of a long ski day. The gondola was only a 10 minute walk, and most days we went by foot. We took the shuttle the first day, but found the walk so enjoyable, that was our preferred method. Lots of great restaurants were within walking distance, and we enjoyed several of them! We have nothing but great things to say about this lovely bed n' breakfast...we hope to be back again next ski season!

This place was beautiful and a quick/easy walk into town. Anita, the host, gave great recommendations for airport pickup/restaurants/local things to do! We very much enjoyed our stay.

This was a great bed and breakfast in Ouray. Quiet since it was a block off the main road but still easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. I didn’t get a chance to do the wine tasting but love that they have that as an offering!

We loved our visit to Ouray, the room we had was very clean, cozy, comfortable and walking distance to everything in town. Our hosts were attentive to our needs, quick to respond and we look forward to coming back again!

Great place, great location. Kitchen works like a hostel (shared). It feels like living in the old time as this is a historical building. Clean bathroom/toilet but messy shared kitchen. Go return without hesitation

Property was amazing and very clean. Host could not have been easier to communicate with and answer any questions. We went for an early morning walk through the neighborhood, could not have enjoyed it more. Thank you!

Our family of four loved staying at Bill's place. We wanted a private, off-the-grid rental with easy access to a fishable river/creek and beautiful surroundings. Bill's place was just that. We loved hiking the property -- there's a beautiful, property trail that goes about a mile through meadows & towards the mountains. The stars at night were unbeatable. My kids loved floating in the creek across the street, and we loved fishing there & also driving about 5 minutes away where we had a good river access & caught lots of gorgeous rainbow trout. The kitchen is stocked with things like sugar, oils, seasoning & some dry goods people have left. Lots of utensils and plates & a great grill & smoker outside. The place is surrounded by cute chipmunks and deer - fun for our kids. One FYI is that there are two Airbnbs on the property - the main cabin and a separate barn with an apartment (which we hadn't realized) but wasn't an issue - other than that, you'll be alone if that's what you want!

Steve was available on site and was helpful with recommendations but not overbearing. Such a beautiful location. Easy walk into town if the weather was right and the views were out of this world. Tons to do and the place was comfy. Will stay again.

We felt so comfortable and at home during our week stay. Our children enjoyed the bunk beds and all the furniture was so comfortable. I will stay there again next time we go to visit family. Loved the location as it is close to town but also off the main roads enough that it was quiet. Josh keeps the place in beautiful condition.

Kevin, was very responsive and helpful! My family was very comfortable in the house. We loved fires in evening after skiing all day. We had a great vacation!

Shaves off the cost of being close to Ouray. Really nice being on second floor with sitting on the deck in the cool morning. Mattress is very firm. Fridge and microwave help keep eating costs down.
