Our stay at Julia’s beautiful Zermatt home was, without question, the best Airbnb experience we’ve had. Julia’s hospitality was exceptional — warm, thoughtful, and attentive from start to finish. Communication was smooth and friendly, and everything was perfectly prepared when we arrived. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail considered. One of the biggest highlights was the kitchen — fully equipped with high-quality appliances and thoughtful extras like a rice cooker, which made us feel right at home. And of course, the view of the Matterhorn was simply breathtaking — a sight we’ll never forget. Julia truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We’re so grateful for her care and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this incredible place to anyone visiting Zermatt.

My stay at Theodora’s place in Crans-Montana was simply perfect. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very well located, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Theodora was an exceptional host, always attentive and making sure that we had everything we needed. Without a doubt, I would 100% stay at her place again in the future; I couldn’t imagine a better option for staying in Crans-Montana. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très confortable et vraiment bien aménagé. Un véritable petit cocon. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du vieux village de Grimentz, des remontées mécaniques et des commerces. Il comporte de nombreux équipements, autant pour la cuisine que pour les divertissements (livres et jeux de société, notamment). A noter aussi la très belle bue depuis le balcon sur la vallée et le vieux village de Grimentz. Quant à Maud et Jonas, ils se sont montrés très proactifs et cordiaux dans la communication.

We had a wonderful stay at Hélène and Saâd’s place. The view is breathtaking from every room and we couldn’t help taking pictures all the time. Saâd was very responsive and super friendly. The place is spacious and clean, and the garden is so beautiful. The photos don’t justify how beautiful it is. This is the best Airbnb place we have ever stayed in and every dollar is well worth it. We hope we will come back again in future.

Nicolas und Sandra haben klar und gut kommuniziert.Checkout wäre sogar 1 Stunde später möglich gewesen als definiert. Nicolas hat uns beim Besuch der Therme nochmals nützliche Informationen zu Ausflügen,Rabatten für Mini Golf usw.gegegeben am Empfang.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and clean Charlet. The view was truly breathtaking, making our time there even more special. Mark and his Team were incredibly helpful during the check-in process, ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Chalet parfaitement équipé, à 20 minutes à pied de la remontée mécanique du Vercland et de quelques restaurants. L’endroit est calme est féerique lorsqu’il y a de la neige (sûrement très bien sans neige mais nous avons eu de la neige d’avoir un Noël enneigé)!

We had a lovely stay at Serinas Chalet! A group of us went to Samoens for a ski trip and the walk to the ski lift through the forest was a great way to start the day and coming back to the chalet and putting the fire place on was the perfect ending!

We came to stay for my husbands 60th birthday with our four adult children and their partners. It was important that we all had en-suite rooms and luxurious communal areas to eat and socialise. We also wanted a hot tub and sauna. This was a big ask with a big group, however the chalet was perfect for our celebration and just as described. The hosts were organised, helpful and were there if we needed to ask a question. We were self sufficient as we have stayed and skied in the Portes du Soleil many times, the only slight disappointment was that despite being advised that a driver would be available if needed, when we asked for a lift back from Avoriaz one evening, the request could not be met and the advice was not very helpful, however this was at short notice and did not spoil our enjoyment of this beautiful place. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 15 Leuten, die für 2 Nächte diese neue und sehr schöne Chalet gemietet hat. Die Kommunikation mit Donald und dann auch mit Rudy (er macht die Übergabe etc.) war sehr gut! Das Chalet ist neu und so wie auf den Bildern, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der kleine Rasenbereich im Sommer nutzbar. Man muss ein paar zusätzliche Dokumente (Versicherung, dann Kaution) liefern, aber dies verlief alles problemlos. Sehr schönes Chalet, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce chalet. La station de ski ainsi que le centre-ville, avec ses différents commerces et restaurants, sont accessibles en quelques petites minutes en voiture. Nous étions 9 et avons trouvé l’espace parfaitement adapté à un grand groupe : de nombreuses chambres, trois salles de bains et un salon suffisamment spacieux pour que tout le monde puisse en profiter confortablement. Seul petit détail, nous n’avons pas réussi à trouver de balai. Sinon, tout était parfait ! Des hôtes très accueillants, et nous reviendrons sans hésiter la saison prochaine.

Carole’s Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, unmittelbar am See und gleich beim Strand von Lutry. Das Seebad ist sehr hübsch und hat eine gute Infrastruktur. Am See entlang kann man in kurzer Zeit in das hübsche Städtchen spazieren und Kaffees und Restaurants erreichen. Auch der Bahnhof und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in kurzer Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist „klein aber fein“ und bietet eine grosse ,gut ausgestattete Terrasse mit wunderbarem Seeblick. Carole ist eine zauberhafte Gastgeberin, die uns hilfreiche Infos gab und uns Sachen zur Verfügung stellte, die wir nicht dabei hatten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

Logement impeccable et conforme à la description ! Les instructions d'arrivée pourraient êtres plus synthétiques, ce serait plus simple. L'espace bien-être est très agréable, mais petit en cas de forte affluence (il est commun à beaucoup d'appartements).

Grand appartement très bien équipé. Emplacement facile et gratuit pour la voiture. Nuits très calmes. Situation proche de Montreux, Vevey, Les Avants et les Pléiades. Logement à recommander.

Vue incroyable pour ce logement paisible, propre et très bien décoré, à une 20aine de minutes à pied du centre-ville (ballade pédestre très agréable). Le Spa est un vrai plus, superbes prestations. Excellent séjour, à refaire :-))

We had an amazing 7-day stay at this spacious and beautifully comfortable place. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. The location is incredibly peaceful, with stunning views of the mountains and plenty of scenic trails for walking and exploring. Franziska did a fantastic job making the house cozy and well-equipped, with high-quality amenities throughout. She was also very friendly and gave us some great recommendations for places to visit in the area. We truly hope to return one day — we’ve already checked its availability for the summer!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Natalia war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, komfortabel und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig und ideal für unseren Aufenthalt. Natalia war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet hat.
