Monthly Rentals in Rickman

Audrey and her family were perfect hosts!! The quiet and serene location makes one not want to be anywhere but there. Walks on the property, beautiful views, the zipline, treehouse, basketball and hammock were all highlights. The home was clean with plenty of space for a family of 7. Fully stocked kitchen and plentiful toiletries/personal care items were provided. Large screen TV was great to watch the Final Four. If and when we get to come back one day, we look forward to building a fire in the fire pit and having s'mores.

This was such a great little place. The home itself was cozy, neat and quiet. The farm was such an added benefit! (Yes, we definitely fed the donkeys and sheep!!) Burgess Falls and Cummins Falls were less the 20min from the stay! Perfect little get away!

I stayed here for about 5 months. I only have positive things to say about this place. Check in was simple and Anna always replied quickly. The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything that I needed. It was modern and more spacious than the photos would suggest. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Perfect place for travelers who enjoy being slightly outside of the immediate city & like a peaceful area with beautiful views. Quick drive to anywhere you’d want to visit or eat. Hosts give clear easy to follow instructions, respond quickly, give great recommendations, and have a gorgeous, spotless rental. Will definitely look to book again when I’m back in the area!
