This home is located on a quiet, picturesque street within walking distance of many restaurants, parks, and attractions. Beautiful garden in the front. Sophisticated contemporary decor that is comfortable and functional. The owners clearly pay a lot of attention to detail and think of all the little things that travelers need. It was immaculate, bed was comfy, the towels were all soft, and there were supplies for a tea drinker like me. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would return.

Cory’s place was one of my favorite BnB’s I’ve ever stayed in. The space was easy to make feel like my own personal home, very private and very minimal noise. The few neighbors I did see were extremely personable and the space was even better than I had imagined from initial pictures and descriptions (which were all accurate and appealing. It is listed as a studio but there is a bedroom separate from the rest of the unit which was a very pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again if I end up in Richmond, I loved it!

The place was just as described and conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. However, the surrounding area felt quite sketchy — with several abandoned and vandalized buildings nearby. Being close to a police station means you’ll hear sirens frequently, both day and night. The neighbors were also quite loud at night with frequent parties, and there was a lot of smoke drifting onto the patio, which made it hard to enjoy the outdoor space. That said, the unit itself was very nice, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. 5 stars for the apartment but 3 stars for the surroundings.

We loved your place. It was beautiful! Very nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved how private and quiet it was. We will definitely be back! Joyce

Such great hosts! Their space is perfect for long stays, equipped with everything you could need. They are super responsive and were always so kind and helpful! Would love to stay again if I’m in the area.

We had a fantastic stay! This condo had great high ceilings, which made the place feel very spacious. There were close spots to quickly park and unload suitcases, and no stairs to climb. There are so many things to do within walking distance, such as great restaurants and visiting the beautiful capitol building area. Parking is included and just around the block in a safe garage, which is such a plus when staying downtown. We definitely would book this space again! Whit is very helpful, friendly and responsive!

Really nice unit . Well furnished and taken care of. Nice neighborhood and close to a lot of Richmond’s gems. Sean our host was very responsive. Overall great stay. Would definitely come back if in the area.

Nadine was a wonderful host - easy to communicate with, proactive, and responsive. The apt was spotless, and every furnishing and decoration was first class. Lots of little amenities (welcome basket with snacks and waters, drinks in the fridge, bedside chocolates, a few toiletries. etc) were a nice touch. The queen bed was perfect for us - quality mattress w/topper (my wife kept talking about how well she slept). Very quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the activities we planned. Private back patio was a fantastically landscaped oasis for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Plenty of easy street parking. Couldn't have asked for a better lodging.

I highly recommend Mary as a host and her beautiful cottage. I will definitely stay here again if I travel this way. She is a wonderful person and her place is immaculately clean, well equipped and peaceful.

I had a great time staying here, Shaniesha was very responsive and proactive in making sure I had all the information I needed to make my check in very easy. the airbnb was very comfortable and clean, plenty of stores and places to eat within a short walking distance. a very short and easy drive to most places in downtown Richmond. This listing made me look forward to visiting Richmond more often this summer.

Nicholas is a fantastic host! He took such good care of my whole family and is very knowledgeable of the area. He was so attentive of every request we had during our extended stay. We will stay here again.

Eugene was an excellent host! He met us when we arrived took us up to the condo showed us everything explained how to get in and out of the garage. Told us several places that were close by to eat at. His place is right in front of the James river. There is lots of walking trails, you’re near the canal you’re near the park very walkable. I will always contact Eugene when I go to Richmond so I can stay at his place again!

Besides a little miscommunication regarding check-in, our stay was exceptional. The house is well thought out clean and comfortable. The location was perfect relevant to our plans and the neighbors were extremely nice. I would absolutely recommend Nita's place to anyone looking for a convenient stay in the Richmond area.

I've been on 10 total airBnb trips & this one was the best! This space was private, quiet, and gorgeous. Very roomy for 2 people. It made for the perfect getaway for a birthday trip. Shoshannah is a helpful & friendly host. Do not hesitate to book this place! Also, the retro fridge is so cute & it is a lot bigger in person!

The perfect little home base! The space is really cute and unique, it’s great if you’re planning to explore the city and need somewhere cozy to reset. It’s close to a ton of great restaurants, bars, and entertainment and easily accessible to the rest of the city. The apartment itself is so comfortable and welcoming. It has keyless locks too so you don’t have to worry about carrying around keys. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Richmond.

Mary's listing was perfect & exactly what I needed. I'm a host myself from out of state & needed a place to stay on the way to my own place on the Bay. I was late getting in due to the long drive & the easy directions & ease of checkin allowed me to show up, shower, & collapse into a very comfy bed and sleep. When I realized I was out of travel essentials, Mary quickly responded to let me know of local shopping options nearby, as well as telling me there were some things available at the Airbnb to use. While I didn't need it, the kitchenette area was very well equipped and there were even creamers for the coffee in the fridge, which was a great touch. The carport was appreciated as it was raining when I showed up and the separate entrance was like walking up to a treehouse and incredibly peaceful. The town of Ashland was less than ten minutes away & I stopped at a great coffee place & the farm market before heading out. I was enamored. I will absolutely stay here again!

Such an incredible location! Easy access by foot and car to different parts of RVA. Clean and welcoming space with an incredibly comfortable bed. Great shower and kitchen space. Awesome to have access to washer and dryer right there if staying for a longer period of time. Safe parking too! Definitely will come to stay at Edith’s again!

Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed. The neighborhood was great—surrounded by plenty of food spots and fun activities. The place itself was clean, smelled amazing, and even included thoughtful extras we might’ve forgotten to pack. Overall, a really comfortable and convenient stay!

This was the perfect spot for pur quick weekend away. The location was easy to find and had quite a few things in walking distance. The space itself was very comfortable and Fallon provided us with everything we could possibly need.

Good spot, very convenient and clean. Did exactly what we needed. Cool little studio. Its downtown in a decent sized city so if you are a light sleeper maybe just use earplugs. Wasnt an issue for me or the other guests. Would stay again, 10/10.
