Apartment vacation rentals in Richmond

My husband and I moved down here from Ohio February and we stayed here for two weeks, until we found a home for our family. We were even able to extend our stay for another week, without an issue. James was very responsive and friendly. We had a very peaceful stay, the whole 3 weeks.

We loved this place! Came here for a long weekend and enjoyed the walkability of the area and took advantage of the outdoor balcony. Catherine was responsive and helped with everything we needed! I recommend.

Zuri’s place was wonderful! There was everything we needed, and it was in a great location to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Check in was easy, the beds were comfortable, the unit was spacious, and Zuri was responsive to messages! I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it for sure.

Our stay was absolutely perfect for our family of four! The space was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The convenient location made everything easily accessible, especially for our daughter’s volleyball tournament at the convention center, which was just a half block away. We truly appreciated how well-equipped it was for a family trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommended!

The place was centrally located to main avenues and very walkable to restaurants and bars. It was easy to access and get in. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The porch and patio seating areas were a bonus in nice weather.

Nicholas was a very kind host. He walked us through check in and also gave some great brunch recommendations. The space was clean with lots of light and in a good location. Being able to control the thermostat was a nice addition. My one small complaint is the bed wasn’t comfortable. All in all, this is a great air bnb and I’d recommend for sure.

The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy. The Union Market is blocks away, and a good resource. I had a few questions, and James was immediate and helpful with his responses. I would definitely recommend his place !!

Taryn's place was great for our short stay in Richmond. The toys for kids were appreciated by my little ones. The location was peaceful and not too far away from the city. It was exactly like the pictures and Taryn was a very responsive and helpful host. I'd recommend this home to anyone with a family looking into staying in the Richmond area, my kids liked it so much they didn't want to leave.

The apartment is perfectly located, with plenty to do right out the front door, or an east drive. The space was small but perfect for just the two of us. I did not use the kitchen but did notice plenty of supplies if you need that. We loved going to the restaurant next door and the coffee shop across the street.

Best part of the stay is how walkable the location is! Lots of stuff to do and great nightlife. The apartment is so cute and perfect for quick weekend trip! The hosts were able to accommodate our needs perfectly!

This was our 4th time staying with Christian and Naomi at this location. It's a great location! Walkable to Stella's Grocery as well as a couple of coffee shops. We love the fact it's very close to the Floodwall to get in a long walk! In terms of the unit itself, I really can't say enough good things. Very clean. Tastefully decorated. Blankets to cuddle up on the couch in to watch TV at night. The bed is comfortable, closet is roomy and it's great to have really good pillows! We're very familiar with Richmond at this point but I am always impressed with Naomi's recommendations. This time, she steered us toward saying hi to a manager at a local restaurant we were dining at (Blue Atlas - wow!! it's so good! make a reservation in advance). Hope to return soon. This is a bit of a homebase for us now!

Eddies place was perfect for me. Fantastic location central to everything I needed on broad st and grace st. Close to my favorite restaurant EDOS SQUID! The space was comfortable and easy to find. There was some street noise as it’s in a somewhat busy area but it was quiet in the evening and the provided noise machine on the night stand assured I fell asleep and masked any road noise. It was a great place that I’d love to stay at again. Thank you Eddie

Great find. close to everything. Even tho my work trip got cut short this was a good place to stay while in the area.

The apartment/condo is just as described. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of pots/pans and everything else I use in my kitchen. That was a treat. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The home was quiet and easy to come and go from. There is an electric fireplace in the master bedroom which made the room so warm and cozy. The parking was perfect, right outside the door and we never had a problem getting a spot. Chandra’s communication was punctual and very helpful. Our stay was over the Christmas holiday and it was so festive as she had a beautiful little Christmas tree with lights and ornaments and a wreath on the door; it made our Christmas feel more like home since we had to travel. The place was wonderful and highly recommend to other guests.

Copeland is a friendly host and quite knowledgeable about the area and local events. We appreciated that she was easy to reach for any questions. The location in The Fan is very convenient, the parking space certainly helped, and we had what we needed for an enjoyable and convenient stay in Richmond.

Great place. Paula was very responsive. Instruction were clear. AC was working well on the first hot day of the year.......a bonus!!!!

Wonderful, unique place, had everything you could want or need. Very spacious and I loved sitting at the round table in the living room. The beds were extremely comfortable and luckily they provided white noise machines which I would recommended turning on - not from the sounds outside but the occasional noise inside. This place would have gotten 5 stars all around if it had on site parking. Parking garages were nearby and easy to use.

Exactly what I was looking for. James was always quick to answer any questions I had. Washer and Dryer seemed brand new and were top notch.

I'm a nomad so travel full time. Having a place to stay that feels like home is important and Nina's place felt like that to me. The kitchen is very well stocked and she even left me some coffee, cream and a few treats when I arrived. The bed is a dream to sleep in, it was so comfortable with high quality linens. There was ample drawer and closet space with plenty of hangers. Nina was great with communication and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay.

The high ceilings and sparse decor make this apartment feel very spacious. The full kitchen was lovely and the shower was great. The bunk bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky, so better for kids than adults. We appreciated Cory’s responsiveness.
