Our favorite part of this Airbnb was the easy 3 block walk to the beach and path alongside the ocean offering incredible views. It is also exceptionally clean, comfortable and has a large, well-stocked kitchen for cooking. And while it is located in a neighborhood, the backyard feels very private with a large patio area. We were in town for a medical conference so didn't get to explore the area much but would recommend New Leaf for groceries in Half Moon Bay and exploring Half Moon Bay downtown area. Rita is a proactive host and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The entire process—from booking to check-in to check-out—was incredibly seamless. The house had everything we needed and was perfectly situated on a super cute, quiet street. We were able to walk to breakfast spots, tasting rooms, shops, and even Oxbow Market. It was the ideal home base for a weekend getaway with friends. Highly recommend!

I needed a quiet place to work for a week, and Jeff’s place was perfect— peaceful, cozy, and pristinely organized. I cooked most meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed. The view is magical— right on the sand overlooking the ocean. It’s hard to leave when you get used to falling asleep to waves crashing! Will definitely be back.

want to say Thank you for a great experience on my first time renting on airbnb. The house was exactly as described and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Home was emaculent and in a quiet layer back neighborhood. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was thought of and provided. Nicole's place was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. I was in the area with a few friends to attend a wedding. The property was very spacious and super clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We had a lovely stay at Andrew’s Air BnB. Location was fantastic! One block from restaurants, bars and cafes. Didn’t need our car rental so we returned it early. Uber/Lifts were a good option when the walking was too far. One was always a few minutes away. The rental is ground level which for us was great. Safety measures were spot on. Thank you Andrew!!
