House vacation rentals in Riccò del Golfo di Spezia

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Struttura davvero molto curata nei dettagli! Oltre alla pulizia completa. Le indicazioni sono state chiare e la posizione è buona per spostarsi in auto tra la Liguria e la Toscana. Parcheggio su strada davanti al cancello di entrata, zona tranquilla con il fascino del fiume. La descrizione della struttura è precisa al reale quindi l'unica accortezza che indicherei è che può non essere troppo adatta a chi ma problemi a fare le scale essendo disposta su tre livelli.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügte über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und eignete sich zum Kochen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grossartige Infinity-Pool mit einer atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Der Strand und der Bahnhof sind etwa 15 Minuten entfernt, allerdings ist der Weg dorthin steil und mit vielen Treppenstufen verbunden. Die Zufahrt zum Airbnb erfolgt über einen schmalen Weg, der mit dem Auto erreichbar ist, jedoch nicht für tiefgelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet ist. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten unvergessliche Ferien. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Alles wie beschrieben, schön sauber, bequeme Betten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hier ist die überarbeitete Version mit dem Zusatz zur Umgebung und dem Wunsch, wiederzukommen: ⸻ Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Gegend und ist perfekt, um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Das Haus war sauber und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert – alles hat super geklappt. Das Highlight ist der große, sehr gepflegte Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen – ein richtig schönes, grünes Paradies. Der Pool macht das Ganze noch besser. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Abbiamo pernottato 4 notti con 2 bambini di 4 e 7 anni. Sergio e Ornella sono stati molto gentili nell'accoglierci con qualche ora di anticipo rispetto all'orario consentito.......da subito ci siamo accorti dell'ottima location in termini di pulizia, confortevoli spazi interni e spazi esterni tenuti benissimo che han fatto veramente la differenza, permettendo ai bambini di giocare in massima sicurezza tra fiori, alberi, un magnifico panorama ed una piscina già funzionante per il peridodo primaverile......acqua ancora fredda ma il clima estivo ci ha dato il coraggio di provarla!!!! Posizione strategica per le 5 terre e non solo......Sergio e Ornella sono super e ci han consigliato anche altri posti non da meno! Nessuna pecca se non la strada un pò tortuosa (ma asfalto ok) per arrivare ma che fatta una volta non spaventa più! Unico alloggio prenotato con AirB che rispecchia veramente quanto proposto dall'host......straconsigliamo vivamente!!!! Saluti e buone vacanze!

Appartement idéalement placé à côté de tous les commerces, de la gare et des cinq terres. Mirco est super sympa il sera toujours disponible pour vous et l appartement est idéal pour un couple il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Petit plus pour la petite cour intérieur au calme. À recommander sans hésiter.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Die Kommunikation mit Elisa war super einfach und angenehm – wir haben uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben: sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen haben uns der wunderschöne Garten und die gut eingerichtete Küche – perfekt, um sich auch mal selbst etwas Leckeres zu kochen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Elisa!

Great location and very nice helpful host. Vernazza is beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed including beach towels, an awesome shower, comfy bed, mini fridge and private terrace. You will be climbing up a lot of stairs to get into the apartment so not for anyone that can’t handle that. Pack backpacks for Cinque Terre not suitcases. You are in a busy area right next to a restaurant so while there is some noise it wasn’t bad. I would stay again.

séjour chez Andréa très bien passé Andréa très accueillant et disponible en cas de besoin le cadre est magnifique un peu sport l'accès au logement mais ça vaut la peine je recommande.

Traumhafte Lage mit traumhaften Blick vom Balkon über das Dorf, Berge und Wälder. Ein typisches altes toskanisches Haus, innen modern und neu renoviert. Super Ausflugstipps erhalten, angepasst an Temperatur und Familie mit Hund. Bei der erstanreise würden wir empfehlen davor ein zu kaufen, da man ca. 20 Minuten bis zum nächsten größeren Geschäft fährt. Kurvige enge Bergstraße aber geteert und wenig Verkehr. Roby ist sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und nicht aufdringlich. Haus und Lage sehr empfehlenswert. Ein Ort an dem man die Zeit vergessen kann. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wow! One of the most wonderful Airbnb I had the pleasure to stay in all my travels around the world. The view on the ocean from the terrace was stunning. We spent hours there just looking at the sea. Everything in the house is tastefully organized. Lola was so friendly and welcoming, she is a really nice host. I’m hoping to return and spend more time to explore the area.

Vernazza est un village qui m’était méconnu et tellement typique comme l’emplacement de l’appartement de Cristian, perché au dessus de la mer, une terrasse sur pendue plein sud, étourdissant, j’ai très bien dormi, l’emplacement est central avec tout à proximité et le réveil c’est le rêve…

We had a wonderful few days at Corte Paganini, enjoying the beautiful nature, the cosy apartment, as well as the location, which makes it easy to visit Cique Terre. Thank you Francesca, we had a great time!

Wir waren mit einer fünfköpfigen Familie in Alessias wunderschönem Haus und haben zahlreiche Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung unternommen. Das Haus bot dabei einen äußerst angenehmen Rückzugsort von all dem Trubel z.B. in den Cinque Terre. Es ist kein normales Ferienhaus, sondern das Privathaus von Alessia und ihrem Mann und steckst voller liebevoller Erinnerungen an die zahlreichen Reisen, die die beiden unternommen haben. Ein wirklich heimeliger Ort, an dem man sich sehr wohl fühlt! Zudem ist Alessia eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die stets erreichbar ist.

L'hébergement d'Anna est situé dans le petit village de Ponzo dont l'authenticité est ce que nous recherchons. Nous avons accédé aux 5 terre en voiture parce qu'à cette période, il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde. Nous avons randonné dans le magnifique écrin du parc des 5 terre. Merci à Anna, qui a été une hôte très réactive, attentive à notre bien être.

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Simone, logement propre et au calme. Idéal pour un week-end prolongé et pour visiter les cinque terres. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande à 100%

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à 6 avec 2 ados et 2 enfants. Lerici qui est à 2 km est un bon point de départ pour visiter les 5 Terres en bateau. Lerici et Tellaro sont également très agréables à visiter. Le logement est calme et confortable. Les différentes terrasses sont agréables.

Logement fonctionnel, équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour y séjourner quelques jours ; literie confortable, chauffage/climatisation réversible dans chaque pièce, électroménager complet. L'extérieur doit être très agréable les jours ensoleillés. Le logement domine la vallée avec une superbe vue. Il se trouve au calme, dans un village perché avec une route sinueuse pour l'atteindre, mais Ponzo est très mignon et mérite d'y faire un tour. Les hôtes sont très disponibles, autant avant le séjour que pendant, et très arrangeants. Les conditions d'arrivée et de départ sont simples et efficaces. Nous recommandons !

Alessandro è stato un ottimo host, sempre molto disponibile. L'alloggio era situato in una buona posizione ed era ben arredato e pulito.

Superbe endroit, calme, vue splendide, beau jardin fleuri et bien clôturé, équipements complets, propre et joliment aménagé, attentions de bienvenue (entre autres les citrons et herbes du jardin), barbecue, tonnelle, transats, tout est prévu pour nous faire passer un excellent séjour !
