Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Riccione

We were there for 3 nights, walked everywhere, its in the old part of town which I loved exploring, would stay there again, close to stores, the ocean,

Best place for 2 family vacation. Apparent with 2 rooms and 3 bedrooms is perfect. Swimming pool is nice bonus! Just a bit colder cold be :) but ether than that all was perfect! Even safe parking included!

We had a most wonderful time in Elena and Antonio's apartment. We have been personally greeted by them and they gave us an extensive list of tips for museums, cinemas and restaurants which turned out to be absolutely spot-on. Thanks to them we found our favourite fish restaurant, Il Pescato del Canevone, just round the corner. The apartment is a beautifully decorated, carefully curated space with a wonderful atmosphere - we felt really at home from the first minute. They managed to combine modern interior design with the historic building in the best way.  It was absolutely clean, there are very comfortable beds and they spoil you with free water, snacks, tea, coffee and sweets. Elena and Antonio are a very sweet couple. They are there to help you with anything and everything - thank you so much for being not just perfect, but very welcoming and supportive hosts.  We would love to come back. 

Host always available when needed , responds immediately to any request , an exquisite person with his wife who manage the apartment in a beautiful central area with all the services just a stone's throw away . Highly recommended !!!

I rate the place 5 stars, great contact with the host, Mara was always interested if everything was ok and if we were missing anything. The room is very clean, nice and fragrant linens, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the swing in the room made our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend :)

I would definitly recommend this apartment. Position of the apartment is great, in the historic center but also near enough to walk to the beach. Everything in the apartment was like it was described. Thomas was very kind host who welcomed us when we arrived and later answerd all of our questions immediately. The only thing I wished for that the apartment has air conditioning as days and nights were very hot during our stay (middle of the summer), so it would be nice if we could have cool it a bit.

Staying in the beautiful home of Gisella and Roberto was a pleasant moment of relaxation and family life. We were able to play in the pool, chat in the well-appointed outdoor spaces, have lunches and dinners in a space organized in every little detail and comfort. The house was very clean and had very well-structured spaces and everything you need for a comfortable and high-quality stay. The hosts were pleasant, welcoming and attentive, they gave us useful directions on great places to taste good food and made themselves available for every request made. We recommend it as a great place to experience the area surrounded by the Marche hills.

Our stay went very well The apartment is lovely and perfectly responsive to the photos. The location is very quiet, but still close to the waterfront and not far from the center. Francesco's availability is an added value. We stayed with a 2 year old and the experience was great, I recommend it.

Really beautiful place Mirco is her very kind mother. We were greeted with a very good cake and wine. It was like staying at home. 100% recommend😊

Stay at apartment hosted by Kristian and Gabriele was exellent. Place was clean, peaceful, hosts were kind and there was breakfast provided. We visited advised restaurant and it was one of the best dinners I had in Italy. We also made a little walk around the hills.

We felt very comfortable in Monika and Christoph's beautiful apartment! Decorated with love, lots of space and extremely clean! Super location right next to the beautiful old town and a free parking space. Communication was perfect, Monika and Christoph always available and extremely friendly. Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

A truly extraordinary place to stay! The location is unique. You're in nature and have an incredible amount of space to yourself. The place itself is wonderful. We enjoyed it very much. It was very clean and it had everything you need. In addition, you have lots of space as a guest. We were able to check in on our own, which went smoothly. From the property you can easily take day trips to San Marino or Rimini. We fully recommend the place. It was really great!

Great place, very nice and well maintained, super pet friendly! Slightly uncomfortable parking a little far from the house if you have a lot of luggage, but easily remedied by asking for access for loading and unloading.

We were immediately greeted by Stefania with cordiality and as soon as we arrived at the apartment she immediately made us feel at ease. The property is in perfect condition and has all the necessary comforts for a great vacation . The host was always available to our requests. I found a kindness and friendliness that made me feel at home . Highly recommend !! It's a vacation-friendly place for families and kids too.

We only spent one night at the SKAAUT loggia, but we had a great time. The house was exactly as described, cozy and well maintained. Despite the short stay, everything was great and comfortable. Recommended for those looking for a quiet and well-organized place!

The apartment is ideally located for walking to both the beach and the center. The description matches reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms. Excellent communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really nice stay.

Federico is a very friendly and communicating host even remotely. He was able to respond to our request even before having to ask him some questions. Her apartment is worthy of the description and even more. Its location is perfect to enjoy Pesaro and the coast. The small plus the private parking space in a neighborhood almost by the sea, 4 minutes walk to the beach is very nice. For a stay for 4, I recommend it, it's perfect.

Mary was very kind and friendly, she waited for us despite the traffic she let us arrive late in the evening. The whole property is brand new and the room is very clean.
