Un piacevole soggiorno in questa bella casa grande e confortevole. L’immobile era pulitissimo, non mancava proprio nulla , anzi l’host sig.ra Vanessa , ci ha fatto trovare latte , brioches , marmellata. Una persona amorevole. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio per un bel soggiorno in questa bella dimora .

Alloggio molto grande, comodo, pulito e in zona tranquilla. La signora Fedora è estremamente disponibile, gentile e proattiva, venendoci incontro per esigenze di check-in. Molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Buto yra įrengtas labai meniškai ir jaukiai. Šeimininkai kiekvieną smulkiausią detalę apgalvojo ir suderino su bendra stiliaus idėja. Matosi, kad tam įdėta daug pastangų ir širdies. Jautiesi lyg gyventum senoviniame žvejo name, tačiau su visais būtinais šiuolaikiniais patogumais. Natūralios medžiagos butui suteikia malonią vėsumą. Abiejuose aukštuose yra kondicionieriai. Esant reikalui, galima pasigaminti valgyti. Netoliese yra "maximytė", iš kurios galima nusipirkti visko, ko prireiks. Prie parduotuvės yra savitarnos skalbykla, kuri dirba iki vėlumos. Butas randasi Riminio senoviniame žvejų rajone, kuriame yra apsigyvenę meniškos sielos žmonės. Daugelio namų fasadai skoningai išpuošti piešiniais. Jokio automobilių eismo. Į šį rajoną iš kitų Riminio vietų žmonės atvažiuoja vien tam, kad nusifotografuoti prie kokio nors simpatiškesnio namuko. Visas rajonas tapo, kaip Riminio atvirukas. Išeini ryte ar vakare ir supranti, kad gyveni pačiame atviruke. Už poros žingsnių-Tiberijaus tiltas.

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

La casa era come descritta, Giacomo è stato sempre puntuale nella comunicazione, la posizione a due minuti dal porto canale, direi tutto ottimo

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa presso l’alloggio di Mauro. La casa è circondata da paesaggi stupendi e l’ampio giardino interamente recintato è perfetto per chi ha cani o bimbi piccoli. Mauro è un host gentile, disponibile e molto discreto. La casa è spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort e la pulizia è impeccabile. Consigliamo vivamente a tutti un soggiorno in questa oasi di pace, non ve ne pentirete.

The house is very beautiful, private and in a great environment. The host is very friendly and communicative. It can be used perfectly by a family or friends. The pool isn’t big but perfect to cool down and the beach is only 30 minutes away. You can’t really do much sightseeing in the neighbourhood, but if you are looking for a vacation to relax, then you are in the right place! Also, the house has many features such as table tennis, kicker and more. We would come back anytime!

Ein rundum schöner Urlaubsort, wenn man nicht zu Fuß die Gegend erkunden möchte. Ein tolles großes Haus für viele Personen auch bei schlechtem Wetter.

l'alloggio di Valentina è bellissimo, le foto rispecchiano la realtà, si trova all' interno di un residence, con parcheggio riservato), in una zona tranquilla, ma vicino a un supermercato (10 minuti a piedi) a Viale Dante(10 minuti a piedi), con un parco vicino molto grande, con area giochi per bambini e aree cani per chi, come noi, viaggia con il cane. ci ha accolti il marito di Valentina, molto gentile, ci ha spiegato quello che doveva e ci ha suggerito qualche posto giusto per mangiare, l'appartamento è pulitissimo, non è esposto al sole, il terrazzo è fantastico, ampio, con spazio per mangiare e un bel dondolo comodo(conteso da tutti), per il nostro cane ci hanno fatto trovare un tappeto con una ciotola e un pensierino mangereccio per lui, abbiamo molto apprezzato i teli bagno di tre colori differenti, così da essere distinguibili, grazie per l' ospitalità

мы провели в доме 10 волшебных дней. Гуляли и возвращались в дом как в нашу тихую гавань, дарующую усталым путникам спокойствие и прохладу в тени деревьев. На машине мы посещали местные достопримечательности и исследовали пляжи. Все было великолепно! Мы предпочитаем готовить сами и в доме все было для этого. В 5 мин езды от дома есть новый и большой продуктовый магазин EuroSpin. Для большего комфорта нам не хватало посудомойки и микроволновки, но мы знали что их нет и были к этому готовы. Много различных моющих средств и это позволяет легко поддерживать чистоту в доме. Дом чистый и просторный и имеет 2 терассы, есть возможность делать барбекю что мы с удовольствием сделали. Бассейн в 20 шагах от дома и это большой плюс. Уважаемые Titti E Vito, больше спасибо Вам за эту возможность провести наш отпуск в вашем доме. Мы без сомнения рекомендуем тут останавливаться всем желающим.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommen und immer gut erreichbar ! Das Grundstück liegt etwas abseits und man hat dort seine Privatsphäre. Allerdings liegen nicht in all zu weiter Ferne El Pesaro, Rimini und San Marino, falls man etwas unternehmen möchte. Für einen Gruppenaufenthalt ist das Haus zudem perfekt ausgestattet. Schließlich wurde uns bei der Ankunft sogar ein Kuchen serviert und ein Snack unter der Woche von den Vermietern zubereitet, was sehr nett war :)

Location carina, immersa nelle colline riminesi. Casa molto spaziosa, perfetta per grandi gruppi. Camere da letto più che funzionali, cucina attrezzatissima con spazi e strumenti perfetti per chi ama cucinare. Ampio living tra parentesi di grande impatto. Godibile zona esterna con Dehors, e jacuzzi da utilizzare in periodo estivo. Host disponibili e cortesi. Smart tv e ampia selezione di giochi da tavolo apprezzatissima. Molto utile la dotazione di ingredienti base per cucinare.

Silvia è stata professionale, attenta e sempre disponibile a supportare ogni nostra esigenza e necessità il tutto senza essere invadente. Estremamente gentile. L'appartamento rispettava quanto proposto nell'annuncio e anche di più. Fornito di tutto il necessario, molto pulito e funzionale. Lo spazio all'aperto è un'oasi di pace. Ottimo.

El lugar es encantador. Las vistas formidables y el departamento muy lindo. Los anfitriones son sumamente amables y atentos, la atención es personalizada y te hacen sentir como en casa. Es una zona muy tranquila y bonita. Alojamiento sumamente recomendado!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend presso la struttura di Elisa e ci siamo trovati divinamente. Ottima posizione, fantastico appartamento. Elisa è una persona d’oro, disponibile e solare. Non ci ha fatto mancare nulla e ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Assolutamente consigliato!!

Nino und seine Frau sind hervorragende Gastgeber . Es fehlt an nichts und die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt ein kleines Gärtchen vor und hinter dem Haus, überall vor den Fenstern können Fliegengitter vorgezogen werden. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit Fahrräder zur Verfügung bekommen. Da wir mit Hund gereist sind, war für ihn auch alles optimal. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Staying at Adele’s BnB was one of those rare experiences that stays with you long after you leave. From the moment we arrived, Adele welcomed us with warmth and kindness that made us feel instantly at home—like we were staying with an old friend rather than a host. The tiny home itself is peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by a garden that feels like a secret oasis. We woke up to birdsong, shared the morning sun with her gentle dog and beautiful cats, and enjoyed breakfast in what can only be described as a truly idyllic spot. Adele has created something special here—not just a place to stay, but a place to be. Her care, attention, and genuine heart shine through every detail. We left with full hearts, and we can only hope others get the chance to feel what we did. Thank you, Adele—you’ve given us memories we’ll carry forever.

Ho soggiornato due settimane con moglie e due bambini. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa, appartamento tra l'altro simile al nostro e con tutto ciò che uno si aspetta di trovare. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie (mai usata ma c'era), doppio climatizzatore (comodissimo), zanzariere alle finestre (indispensabili), un televisore in sala forse un po' piccolo ma diavolo, eravamo in vacanza, a che serve la TV! Comodissimo parcheggio riservato accanto all'immobile. Stabilimenti balneari vicinissimi n. 53 e 54. Noi siamo andati al 52 perché c'erano più giochi per i bimbi. Per riassumere in due parole: perfetto e consigliatissimo! Grazie a Walter per aver sempre risposto in pochissimo tempo ai miei messaggi di informazioni.
