first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

Max’s place is beautiful like a dream. The accommodation is tastefully furnished with Tuscan charm. The interior is equipped with high quality cooking utensils and tablewares in the kitchen, comfortable bed, and sparkling clean bathroom. We enjoyed marveling at the beautiful wooden beam ceiling and terracotta tile floor. The exterior is elegant, well maintained, and exudes a pride in the care-taking of the property. Max and his wife Pamela were genuinely kind and helpful, and we enjoyed every interaction with them. It felt like talking with family. The location is convenient to explore central Tuscany. We made many day trips from Podere Il Belvedere su Cortona. Every time coming back to Max’s place felt like coming home!

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

Ester’s place was absolutely amazing! I fell in love with the beautiful stone and wooden floors, and the Tuscan kitchen was a dream—filled with gorgeous dishes and high-quality cookware that made cooking a pleasure. The linens smelled so fresh and clean, and the furnishings struck the perfect balance between rustic charm and elegant style. Every little detail, from the artwork to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, added so much character. This was not one of those bare, minimalistic places—it felt curated and cozy, full of warmth and personality. Giovanni and Ester were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. They reached out ahead of time to advise us to make reservations for Easter (which was a lifesaver!), helped arrange transportation, gave us fantastic local recommendations, and checked in to make sure we were doing well. We also really appreciated the welcoming bottle of prosecco, the breakfast treats, and the beautiful fresh oranges.

The exterior features a stone-clad villa surrounded by greenery. A vine-covered pergola shades a seating area with wooden furniture. Adjacent, an outdoor cooking area with a barbecue is highlighted, along with manicured grass and potted plants enhancing the inviting outdoor space.

Fantastic week at the villa, everything is as described, the hosts were very friendly and made it a fantastic stay. The gas was empty for the bbq and they delivered a full one within 30 minutes. We did have some trouble following the instructions, they were very helpful and went to the villa and dropped a pin for us. Pool is excellent though very deep for 75% of it if you have young children, great for adults. Short drive to Cortona to enjoy the bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back.
