Apartment vacation rentals in Ribeira Grande

Apartment is beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. Absolutely the best location we could have asked for for a few days in the city. The host coordinated a taxi pickup for us after we checked in, which was much appreciated as we were unsure which taxi company to use (and there is no Uber on the island). Only feedback is that they use a management company and ask that you communicate via whats app for quicker response. Not a huge fan of communication outside of the Airbnb app, and response time can vary. The apartment was beautiful, in a great spot, and checkout was easy. Would stay there again.

Santa Bárbara Sea House is peaceful yet close to Ribeira Grande. The apartment is tastefully renovated, bright, very clean, and well equipped. We especially liked the two comfortable bedrooms, the open kitchen-living area, and the shared outdoor space. Silvia an her Team is a fantastic host – friendly, reliable, and easy to reach. A perfect place to relax, enjoy, and explore the island. Highly recommended!

Nice comfortable apartment. Well situated with supermarket nearby and other amenities. Practical location for visiting the island. Easy parking in front of building. We had a great stay there. Nice terrace for sunny days.

After many years of using vacation apartments, this vacation apartment has been particularly positive. The owners have put a lot of effort into developing the attention to detail. We felt very well taken care of here and have to say that it was really one of the best apartments we have ever been allowed to visit. The use of the garden was really a dream and the view gigantic. The apartment's amenities were also exceptional. There was everything you need for cooking. I highly recommend everyone to see for themselves and book this apartment. At this point, I would like to thank the landlords once again for their extraordinarily generous hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We were welcomed in person, and there were some treats to enjoy, which was very thoughtful. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The location was great, and we were easily able to walk around town. We also had an easy time finding parking on the street behind the apartment. Miguel and Pedro were lovely hosts. They were communicative and always quick to respond. We would recommend this apartment and will stay here again if we visit again.

The stay was very pleasant, the accommodation is impeccable and as described, equipped with everything you need. Very well located for getting around the island. Bruno was very nice and flexible on the arrival time. If you like dogs, you'll be happy to have regular visits from one of them! :) I would recommend this place without hesitation.

The house is well located, close to supermarkets and any point on the island. We traveled with a baby and everything was adequate, they provided a crib and highchair for him. It had a garden where we could enjoy ourselves. The area was quiet, although the lower part of the neighborhood is somewhat hostile. However, since we were going by car, it was not a problem. Also, something to note is that there is no microwave or gel. Everything else is highly recommended.

By far the best accommodation in the Azores we've had. The place is just perfect! There were treats and water to welcome us, the apartment is sparkling clean and, I was really afraid, due to a permanently operated dehumidifier, absolutely dry and fragrant! The apartment is, as some have said, not huge, but you can see that in the pictures and on the other hand it was absolutely sufficient for the two of us. The kitchen was also good and we were able to provide ourselves with delicious food. The location is perfect for exploring the island. If we are in São Miguel again, we will definitely come back. Thanks for having us as guests!

The accommodation was impeccably clean and in a comfortable and cozy decoration. The welcome basket with regional products was a very thoughtful gesture by hosts. The house has excellent soundproofing, which provides a peaceful rest. It is very well equipped, with plenty of utensils available. I highly recommend this site and will undoubtedly return at the next opportunity.

Our stay at Mário and Marcília’s place was absolutely wonderful! The space was clean, perfectly located near the city centre, and provided an overall experience that exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking to visit São Miguel.

Our stay at Quinta Velha was nothing short of amazing. Marion made us feel at home with her warm hospitality. It was a dream farm house in one of the best locations you can find in Sao Miguel (perfect balance between privacy and accessibility to amenities). Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful location. Sea view. Big sliding glass doors and wonderful black out blinds. Brilliant shower. Gualter and his wife were perfect hosts, helping with local convenient car hire and taxi too. Always there to help make the trip smooth and special. Great hosts, great apartment, great location. There are sea water swimming pools within 5 minutes walk! We loved this.

Extremely friendly in communication and checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was okay. Amazing experience and great location. The hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of an adventurous day! I recommend to anybody looking for a great experience and central location while in Sao Miguel!

Really can’t say enough positive things about this spot. Excellent location right in the heart of Ponta Delgada, walkable to everything. Clean, modern, well lit space with all the amenities, even a curated wine selection. Honestly one of the nicest AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in and perfect for our family of 5’s stay on Sao Miguel.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very close to a popular surf spot, it's just 1 minute walk. The apartment is very modern and having the jakuzi on the terrace was a nice experience. The communication with Ryan was very fast, when there was a problem, he helped immediately.

Bruno was very attentive and warm. As for the apartment, it's just perfect.
