Our house includes a beautiful and relaxing patio with bbq and lounge area where you can relax after a day of beach hopping, hiking and exploring the island. A fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prep your own meals if you wish, or you can visit one of the many great restaurants in the area. We also offer free parking.

Welcome to Castanheiro. Our property is a recently refurbished house built around a century old chestnut tree. A spacious terrace offers a panoramic view of the Santa Cruz Bay. It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. Moinhos Beach is a 10-minute walk away and the village of Porto Formoso is 15 minutes away. There are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the city of Ribeira Grande - 10 km away - has a supermarket and many other shops. Several tourist attractions nearby (Furnas, Santa Bárbara Beach, Gorreana Tea).

Sea Roots "Sea Zone" is located in Mosteiros, a favourite for holidays amongst the island residents for its great weather, rock pools, fishing, diving and the amazing sunsets, which can only be contemplated from the western tip. It comfortably suits up to 4 people and is part of a property where we also live. Just cross the road for a swim in crystal clear pools, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets while dining outside, this house is perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Welcome to QUINTA DO PASSO - Casa do Passo! QUINTA DO PASSO is a cozy, modern space located in the city center of Ribeira Grande. Guests can enjoy a villa with a unique décor, equipped with air conditioning, internet, smart TV, telephone, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with a hairdryer, and private outdoor area. The common areas are properly sized for the capacity of the villa, with private parking, a swimming pool, and a seating area.
