Simply a corner of paradise, the perfect refuge to recharge and take a break from the stress of city life. The house is a gem, finely furnished and complete with all the comforts indicated in the listing, impeccable cleanliness. We needed to enjoy a quiet moment, to rest for a long weekend of three days. The listing at this address seemed ideal, the reviews all unanimous… well… it's even better than we could have hoped for. The loft is very comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated, rare cleanliness…the best thing is the little touches all around you. The exterior is also very neat, swimming pool, jacuzzi accessible at any time and private, there is everything you need to feel good. Well, we could go on for a long time with the superlatives… breakfasts… meals…massages… but the icing on the cake is the hosts Anne-Lise and Frédéric… whose kindness and discretion complete this perfect and timeless moment. When we arrived with our one-year-old daughter, we were warmly greeted. After Harmke briefly showed us everything, we enjoyed the time with our daughter in the huge, beautifully landscaped garden and in the refreshing saltwater pool. A baby bed on request was not an issue. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed the time with Harmke very much and felt welcome. We especially liked the lovingly prepared breakfast basket waiting at our door. We looked for a nice picnic spot in the huge garden and were all alone. We definitely want to come!

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s, and Catherine’s apt is our absolute favorite! We loved the spaciousness—the rooms were larger than we expected and the balcony was huge. Bed so comfy, bathroom squeaky clean, kitchen and dining room just right for the two of us, lots of places to sit and relax. We felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. Catherine’s directions were super easy to follow and her recommendations for restaurants outstanding. It was our first time in Menerbes and we fell in love with it. We will definitely be back!

Good hospitality, nice environment.

We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the interior of the accommodation as much as the sun on the terrace. It has everything you need to be well there. Communication with the host is just as friendly. I recommend it for a relaxing stay and to be close to nature.

Stunning vista, great jacuzzi, easy parking in front

Nice apartment (clean and modern inside) with a lake view. I can imagine the fireplace must be nice if going in the winter / after skiing. And the terrace would be very nice in the summer as it’s large and has a nice view. As I happened to be there during off season (early May) and it was raining, I was especially happy to be able to use the sauna just 1 floor below the apt. If you use it, make sure to bring 3-4 one-franc coins (can get some at the store a few houses down on the Main Street), and give it about 40 min on switch option B. Was great for some down time in the mountains!

A wonderful and memorable stay! The studio is still as charming and pleasant, very well equipped and comfortable. The spring light bathes the space in a beautiful softness, we like to stay and rest there, after a hike or simply to recharge. Véronique and Pascal are perfectly friendly and very attentive hosts. It's a real pleasure to stay with them. The Ardèche Gorges are nearby, as are many hikes, caves and quaint villages. Nia is a gem. We recommend it, and we'll be back. 😉✨

The apartment was in great condition and was very comfortable. The view out the front door was beautiful. Tain l Hermitage was a great spot to spend a couple of nights. Jenny was very helpful and so friendly.

Had a wonderful stay at Thierry’s place. They greeted us in person at check in and showed us around. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our toddler including crib, high chair. They even let us know in advance that we could check out a little later than 11 am which was highly appreciated especially with a toddler. They were wonderful and extremely thoughtful hosts. Would highly recommend!!

We had a great time in Talloires, in this beautiful apartment on the ground floor with breathtaking views and which makes rainy or gray days spectacular too because the view is always beautiful. The surroundings of the lake are superb, and Annecy is 20 minutes away. Thoughtful and responsive hosts! Recommended!

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.
