This home is amazing: a retreat by the lake. The view in the morning is worthy of Monet's painting "Impression of the sunrise". During the day, everyone can enjoy the activities (ping pong, foosball, games in the lawn, ...) and the lake if the weather is nice. It is an ideal place to gather our whole family with infants and children in the 7 bedrooms. In the evening, the living room is an ideal place to gather together while keeping the beautiful view of the lake. The very well-equipped kitchen makes it possible to make good meals and enjoy them on the terrace. Already wanting to go back ...

We had a great holiday in Sandrine's house. The house is a stone's throw from the lake, right in front of two restaurants, and has a large walled garden, perfect for children and dogs. Sandrine and Julien were very responsive and welcoming. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice place. The house is right off the main road and therefore not particularly quiet. However, this is absolutely compensated by the view of the lake. The kitchen offers everything necessary and works without problems. The price would be great with a full house and still very fair in smaller groups. The driveway is a bit difficult to catch (very wide cars could have problems) and due to the location in nature, insects can also be found in the house. The host is very friendly and accommodating. Overall, the advantages outweigh the good, we would love to come back :)

We had a pleasant time in the quiet and warmth of this private accommodation. Its description matches reality. Other highlights were the proximity to the store and free parking at the foot of the accommodation!

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

Raynald's Triplex is as described and pictured in every respect. Communication with Raynald was easy and pleasant, he was accommodating with check-in and check-out times, which was much appreciated.

Excellent stay at Amber's, everything was perfect in every detail. Beautiful environment with a great view of Lake Geneva. Very nice bright accommodation with all the equipment offered in the description. Very nice small garden with car location to park. We highly recommend this rental which has a lot of major assets and a discreet but responsive host when booking. Thanks again to Amber who allowed us to have a great stay in Switzerland and its surroundings.

We had a great stay! Linens, towels and soap/detergent were provided in large quantities. The apartment is cleaned and the kitchen superbly equipped. When we had a problem with the heating, the owner was there immediately and helped us. The view directly onto the lake is fantastic, but the only thorough road leads directly past the house, so it can be heard very loudly on the balcony. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend the apartment, we felt very comfortable

A long weekend in this lovely little house. The Loire is just next door,the center of Coubon also where you can find all the amenities including pharmacy. A peaceful and bucolic weekend with birdsong. Perfect!

nice little accommodation, very well arranged. Towels were available. Everything was very clean. With 5 adults, the only small downside was that there was only one toilet in the bathroom.

Perfect stay at Lake Sapins! We had a very pleasant stay in this accommodation. The house is very well equipped and impeccably clean. The decor is neat and tasteful, making the place very cozy and comfortable to stay in. Quietly located, close to Lake Sapins, it's the ideal spot for trail and hiking enthusiasts. Communication with the host, Florence, was easy and smooth from start to finish. I would recommend this place without hesitation for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The house is located in a very beautiful unspoiled and quiet environment, at the same time as close to Chambéry / Challes les Eaux. We enjoyed the garden, the indoor and outdoor space, without immediate neighbors or opposite, and the authenticity of this old building with all the comforts needed for a few days of vacation. The instructions given by Gaétan were clear, with indications of the surrounding activities, markets and shops.

We had a great week, in a quiet, peaceful, refreshing, beautiful place.... Nathalie suggested and advised us on the different activities to do, to see: festivities, villages, markets, local products... we thank her very much!
