Vacation rentals with a patio in Rhone-Alpes

Excellent stay, location just 10 minutes from the train station many restaurants including the small Vietnamese catering restaurant and a small Japanese restaurant on a small street above as well as the other local shops everything is within walking distance. Thanks to Kevin who was very responsive to messages. If the fencing competition is again in Valencia next year, we'll be back.

My sisters and I had a lovely 5 day stay here. It was really clean and perfect place to explore the French alps from. We especially enjoyed eating pastries on the balcony in the mornings. Perfect place to stay.

Rating the place 5 stars. Loved the view from the balcony, clean foyer, quite neighborhood. There is a small supermarket and a vegetable and fruit shop within walking distance. It's very good that there is a bus stop 98 right next to the property. How easy to get to the center. The location will be ideal for those who enjoy hiking over the sea. The scenic trail to Villefranche begins in the neighborhood. There are also nice and cozy beaches right outside the house with a very beautiful view of the rocks.

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

The apartment is conveniently located and very functional. The A/C and pool are perfect for summer. Recommended.

Easy check-in thanks to a key box and a quiet apartment, very comfortable and nicely decorated. There is nothing missing, everything is designed to make you feel at home and small touches awaited us when we arrived. We did not meet Pascale and Xavier but the exchanges were easy and very pleasant. Thank you for everything and we'll be back with pleasure 😄

An expansive terrace not overlooked with breathtaking views of the sea and the city, day or night. A beautiful property in a private street, away from the hustle and bustle. A functional and friendly apartment.

We spend a very nice week in the Region. The house is optimal for a Family with two kids. From the house you can easily start hiking or start your trips to the wineyards. But you need a car to get to the house as there is no public transportation connection and the street is quite ascending.

This house has been renovated to a very high standard with many beautiful features. The beds in particular had lovely linen and were very comfortable. A few minutes walking to everything in the town. We really enjoyed the private terrace in the sun and the seating outside to enjoy a coffee on the morning. Thank you for the stay.

We had a wonderful time in Burzet. Eric was an available host and concerned about our well-being throughout the stay. The location of the house is ideal, the river is just around the corner. The house itself is beautiful! Well-equipped, spacious, super nice. In addition, the rooftop offers a perfect place to relax. Burzet is a welcoming and super nice village for a vacation that rhymes with rest and nature.

It's a clean, quiet, spacious and tidy apartment in a quiet small town with great view. As advertised. Door difficult to find but instructions are clear enough. I would have liked four single bed instead of two single bed and one double bed, Personally I think the pillows are too thin. Kitchen is well stocked. Personally I would have liked a bigger kitchen table. Host answered quickly to check and provide extra items. Satisfied.

Everything was in order and thank you again for the cosmetic products offered, which made my daughter happy.

modern cottage, nicely decorated with a beautiful terrace and lawn. Quiet and secure environment (we were able to leave our mountain bikes on the terrace without worries). 100 m from an exit gate to access hiking and mountain bike trails (including Grande Traversée de l'Ardèche, GR4, and 1.5 km from the XCO mountain bike circuit). 2 heated swimming pools, 1 with slides are available. These pools are located about 300 m from the accommodation. There is a restaurant in this residence and snacks (but not open in low season, and during our stay). We enjoyed the east-facing terrace. We also came with our little dog. There are large lawns in this residence for walking, and outside in the walking paths. This property is ideally located for all the activities the area has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay with the family, in this beautiful home, well heated during this Christmas period and comfortable.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

Charming functional studio. Very nice terrace and beautiful garden with the river below. We are very satisfied with our stay.

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

Small but perfectly formed - I was skiing in Courmayeur and the drive to and from the apartment was fine, the parking is brilliant especially if it snows overnight, and the apartment is ideal for 1/2 people, warm and equipped for cooking.
