New building, new apartment, smartly decorated. It is alittle smaller than we thought. On the description; the apartment capacity is mentioned as max 4 person. I think it can only accomodate 3 adults. Overall, nice neighborhood, walking distance to the center. Free parking and safe. Recommended.

Ev sahibi Dimos geldiğimizde bizi kapıda karşıladı. Evini özenle döşemiş. Soğuk bir otel odası yerine gerçek bir evde kalıyorsunuz. Bahçede 2 oturma alanı var. Birinin yanında gazlı bir barbekü bulunuyor. Akşam evde yemek yiyecekler için büyük avantaj sunuyor. Ev denizin hemen kenarında. Etraftaki 3-5 ev ile beraber kendine özel bir koyu var. Dimos ve sevgili eşi Eleni gerçek bir dost sıcaklığıyla ağırladılar bizi. Onları tanıdığımıza çok mutluyuz. Yer bulabilirsek misafir olarak, bulamazsak dost olarak her gittiğimizde ziyaret edeceğiz.

Her şey harikaydı. Muhit çok sakin, tam kafa dinlemelik bir yer. Evler yeni ve tertemiz. Denizin dibinde direkt ve deniz tertemiz başka hiçbir yere gitmedik. Mutfakta yemek yapmak için gereken her şey var. Georgi ve ailesi çok misafirperverlerdi, buradan her şey için tekrar çok teşekkürler. Bütün sorularımızı sabırla yanıtladılar ve yerel tavsiyeler verdiler(ki onlar da harikaydı gittiğimiz her yerden son derece memnun kaldık) Kendimizi bu kadar evimizde hissedeceğimizi asla düşünmezdik ama ayrılmak istemedik. Mümkün olsa tatilimizi kesinlikle uzatır ve daha çok vakit geçirirdik. Küçük çocuklu aileler çok uygun. Yukarıda da dediğim gibi daha sessiz sakin ve dinlenmelik bir yer ama daha canlı yerlere ulaşım da fazlasıyla kolay oldu bizim için arabayla. Gözünüzü kırpmadan tercih edebileceğiniz temiz, nezih ve arkadaş canlısı insanlarla dolu müthiş bir yer.

One of the most wholesome stays I have had the pleasure to experience. Tomislav is very friendly, flexible and fast to respond. Everything in the house was great and as described. Definitely the best kitchen I have encountered in any Airbnb - from good knives to a wide variety of utensils and tools, the kitchen was very well stocked with a lot of products and we lacked nothing. As food lovers and cooks, we really appreciated it. The house is very nice and cozy with a beautiful view from the balcony. One can feel all the personal and sweet touches that Tomislav has made, the place is embedded with care, which is not found that often. The village is rustic and very authentic, with very wholesome and nice people around. We were treated like family! The surrounding area is beautiful! Quite some places to visit, the silence, peace, simplicity and beauty are top-tier therapy. I really hope I will be lucky enough to go back again!

Yazlık olarak yapılmış bir binanın en üst katında balkonu tamamen denizi gören iyi bir daire. Dairenin ici yenilenmiş. ihtiyacınız olan hersey fazlasıyla var. Deniz 50 adım ötede. Biz soğuk bir mevsimde gittik, denize giremedik ama sabah pırıl pırıl ve düzdü. 5 dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesinde bölgenin en büyük Lidl marketi var. Binanın altında ise oldukça büyük bir manav. 15 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde casino var. Kente doğru yürürseniz 20 dakikada merkezdesiniz. 1+1 diyebileceğimiz dairenin her iki odasında klima var. 2 kişi yada 1 çift + çocuk için ideal. Çamaşır makinesi var. Balkonun manzarası fotolardakinden cok daha iyi. kesintisiz bir deniz manzarası var. Buna da asansör yok ama 3. kata çıkmak o kadar zor değil. Giriş çıkış cok kolay ve rahat. ev sahibi her soruya cevap verdi. Dairede bir bosch kapsüllü bir de filtre kahve makinesi var.

Even though we arrived at midnight, the owner of the house met us with his vehicle and took us to his house, he took care of everything, he always asked how we were while we were on the road. he always helped us in every way, he never left us alone. the location of the house is very nice, the interior of the house is very clean, it definitely has everything a family needs, it is hygienic. It was complete, from ingredients to food to kitchen supplies, it was very clean, towels, sheets, everything was very clean. definitely come to this region and it is the most beautiful house to stay in and the host is perfect, I can say that he is the best host among the holidays I have had so far..

Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις τόσο στο μπάνιο όσο και στην κουζίνα, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ιδιαίτερα άνετη. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική—μας περίμενε κατά την άφιξή μας, μας ξενάγησε στο χώρο και ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. It was a lovely experience from welcoming to fairwell. Kyriakikarailanidou was there when we arrived to welcome us regardless of the time, and she was very friendly. All the information she gave us was very clear and sufficient during our stay. And the place has a very sofisticated design with great conditions and cleanness. 👏🏻Every minor detail was thought and to realising that details has put our face a smile. There was even a brand new spare pijamas for the baby in the drawer of the baby cot. 😍 We were 3 generetions from grandmother to granddaughters during our stay which felt like our own place. 3 families can stay at the same time w/o bothering each other. I highly recommend this place if you are seeking home comfort while away!

Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ όμορφο σε ήσυχο μέρος και ταυτόχρονα σε κεντρική τοποθεσία στη πανέμορφη παλιά πόλη όπου μπορείς να πας παντού με τα πόδια αφού είναι κεντρικό σημείο. Πολύ ευγενικός και διακριτικός. Η διαμονή μου ήταν 9 μέρες και ένιωθα σαν στο σπίτι μου. Δεν μου έλειψε πραγματικά τίποτα αφού το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα. Θα ήθελα πραγματικά να ευχαριστήσω το κύριο Tzevit για την υπέροχη διαμονή μου εκεί και είμαι σίγουρη πως αν ξανά βρεθώ στη πανέμορφη Ξάνθη θα είναι η νούμερο 1 επιλογή μου.

Arabayla gelecekseniz evin önünde yer olmasa da bir şekilde yakınlarda bulabiliyorsunuz. Bu yaz için baktık tamamen dolu insallah seneye yine gelebiliriz :) .

Wir waren als Familie für 6 Nächte hier. Die Besitzerin des Hauses hat uns sehr nett empfangen, sie ist eine sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite und freundliche Dame. Es hat einen großen Garten mit viel Grün und Obstbäumen, der zum Grillen geeignet ist, das Haus ist sauber, alles ist vorhanden, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ausreichend und sehr sauber, die Betten sind perfekt für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Das Meer und der Sand sind vorhanden Sehr schön, sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Ich möchte dem Besitzer des Hauses für seine Hilfsbereitschaft und Herzlichkeit danken.

Daire sessizdi, yataklar rahattı. Mutfakta ekstradan kahve makinesi ve kapsülleri vardı. Mutfak eşyaları tertemizdi. Banyo tertemizdi. Daire ile ilgili olumsuz söyleyecek bir durum bulamadım. Fiyat/performans anlamında tavsiye ederim. Not: Evin 200-300 metre ilerisinde tren istasyonu var. Oralarda arabanızı bırakabileceğiniz birçok yer mevcut. Evin önüne bırakmakla uğraşmayın. Biraz yürürsünüz ama çok daha geniş bir otopark eve yakındır.

Die Wohnung war total zentral gelegen mit eigenem privaten Parkplatz. Der tolle Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man war gleich am Meer und vielen tollen Restaurants. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und Eirini hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
