The host is very friendly, responds very quickly, the accommodation is clean, the room is spacious, fully equipped. From the accommodation it is very close to walk around Lake Lecco.

The accommodation is very well located, easily accessible from Milan. Good restaurants nearby, lively street but no noise in the apartment because away from the street. The apartment is perfect for 4 people, be careful with young children as there are stairs without a railing.

Plenty of space: spacious garden, spacious rooms, living space and dining space. Kitchen small but ok. Everything available: a BBQ with charcoal, a washing machine with laundry product, dish soap, scouring pads, towels,... takeaway pizzeria around the corner. We did trips by car, owv too hot and no solid footpath to go to the center, but parking in the center is not expensive. And thank good air conditioning because it was hot :). Also many nice restaurants and nice plunging places nearby.

Four of us had plenty of room and privacy if wanted. Very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were available as described and Holvan and Goulia were very nice and responsive to questions. The metro and bus lines were nearby and easy. Would stay there again.

Sabrina's apartment was very cozy, comfortable and super clean! The apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment has a wrap around balcony/terrace which provided incredible views of the city. We had a perfect spot to view fireworks on New Year's Eve! The shower did not run out of hot water and the coffee machine worked perfectly. Sabrina is a fantastic host. She is super friendly, helpful and provided us with plenty of great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The Internet was solid. The tram stops right out front of the building which made it easy to move around the city. Thank you, Sabrina!

Antonio’s place was an absolute gem! From the moment we booked, he was incredibly responsive and helpful—always quick to reply and genuinely thoughtful in every interaction. We even had a great side conversation during our stay, and I have to say, he’s a truly insightful person. The apartment itself was nothing short of amazing: spotless clean, stylish, and just a short walk to the main terminal which made getting around Milan super easy. But the highlight? The balcony with a stunning view of the Milan skyline—it was the perfect spot to start or end the day. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Milan. We chose to spend a few days on New Year's Eve in this wonderful location, also to keep our two furry puppies away from the noise and clamor. The choice was more spot-on than ever, waking up on New Year's Day overlooking a breathtaking view of the lake was wonderful. Everything was perfect, the nature, the paths in the woods, the tranquility and a cozy, warm, well-kept home, like being at home. Sara was very kind to us, 10/10 hospitality with honors! We will definitely be back

Great location Great host

Mattia has been an incredible host. The flat is well located 15 minutes from Como, with all you need to enjoy a relaxing stay, barbecue and enough space with a beautiful garden.

The hostess is very friendly, helpful, uncomplicated and always easily accessible. The restaurants that were recommended to me were great. The apartment is exactly as described and the surrounding area is great for discovering Milano.

The space was just like the listing. The very quiet and safe region. We are 2 days in Milan. The great positive point is the location. We did everything on foot. It was a 25-minute walk to the Cathedral (Duomo) of Milan and the other points. It was all close by, including a huge Esselunga supermarket 10 minutes ago. Many restaurants nearby too. The place served Our short stay well. We were 4 adults and 1 baby. We had a double bedroom and a living/kitchen with sofa bed for two adults in comfort. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. There was a crib and a feeding chair for my 1 year old daughter. The Internet worked well, communication with the hosts was great. We did not have any problems. At the end of the stay we walked to Milan's central station that was 25 minutes walk away. The proximity of the points is very good indeed.

Modern, clean, 5 minutes walk from Metro with a direct line into centre of Milan. Good local shops and cafe's. Would recommend.

The location was just perfect. The view from the apartment was splendid. Perfect base to explore como. The wifi did get spotty sometimes.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlo’s place in Milan. I was traveling with my wife, two kids, and my mother, and the apartment was perfect for all of us. It’s a modern, very clean, and beautifully maintained space in a fantastic location—you can walk everywhere! The internet was fast and reliable, and the whole place felt like home from the moment we arrived. Carlo was an exceptional host—very respectful, supportive, and kind. He made sure everything was smooth and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay here again on our next visit to Milan!
