Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

On the property, there is another vacation home with 3 apartments. The shore with a small beach is about 50 m long. In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this one with the number 7/2 in the spring of 2021 and YOU can come. The small vacation home has a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace to the south-east side, which is covered. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

I belong to the Waldschenke Stendenitz, an artistically colorful excursion restaurant with really delicious food. I am just the thing for nature lovers, forest walkers, lake bathers, sunbathers and fresh air relaxers. I am pretty and modernly furnished and actually have everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Near Kleinzerlang, 1 km away, you will find a natural idyll in the colony on the Kleiner Pälitzsee with private beach access (150 m from the house). At the jetty you can also dock your boats and from there also optimally explore the lakes and then relax by the campfire or beach volleyball. Quietly located on a spacious forest property, the rustic, thatched Finnish huts offer the perfect base for relaxing and exploring the area.

We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere.
