We spent the Easter days in the beautiful house in Hörste and enjoyed it very much. There was enough space in the spacious house for three generations and we were even able to have breakfast together on the terrace in the sunshine. Thank you!

We spent an extended family weekend at Matthies and his family's cottage. We felt very taken care of even before the start of the holiday, Matthies answered all questions in advance to the complete satisfaction and was very flexible in the implementation. The cottage with all the amenities (sauna and outdoor area) made us all feel right at home from the beginning, everything very tastefully decorated and the equipment really leaves nothing to be desired. The kids really want to come back, that says it all. Thanks u so much!

A lovely place to unwind. Beautiful environment with beautiful marked hiking trails. The cottage has all the comforts and is also wonderful to stay outside with nice weather. Fine beds and furniture. We enjoyed with our dogs.

For one night we stayed in the apartment, everything was a perfect fit, thank you very much.

We stayed in March 2025 for 3 nights in the suburbs and it was fantastic. Despite the "main road" location (it was less busy than some dead ends), it was quiet and idyllic. The neighbors were very friendly, the baker right around the corner and Lake Dümmer 10 min. by car. The furnishings are traditionally and quaintly selected to match the house. The two gardens were also a dream and we will miss them the most. Thank you for everything.

Great little house with all the amenities you need. Beautiful small terrace, storage room for bicycles, free parking, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with an occupancy of max. 3 people! Large living room with 2 comfortable, large sofas and the possibility to play darts. We felt right at home!

Thanks to the detailed information about the apartment and the check-in, we had a great stay and were able to fully enjoy our time. Our host answered all our questions very quickly. The description and photos match and we didn't miss anything. The location was great - just a few steps from the rehab and about 5-10 minutes' walk to downtown. We were even greeted at Christmas time with a chocolate Santa Claus. If we visit Bad Essen again, we will definitely choose this apartment again!

Very nice house. The equipment of the house is great. A lovely sauna and lovely bathrooms. The seating in the garden is great. The only drawback, the garden is not fenced, which is a pity for a trip with a dog. There is a nice playground, a small supermarket and a restaurant in the park. The city and the castle are within walking distance. Overall, I can recommend the place without reservation.

Margot lives right next door. Very nice and accommodating. We only used the place to stay overnight because we were busy in the bronze courtyard during the day. Everything was perfect for that!!!

Lotte’s place is nice and clean. We stayed for two nights, which was a perfect stop along our travel route. We can recommend it if you're looking for a quiet place to stay within walking distance of the city centre.

Marion is very quick to respond to your questions. My mother and I enjoyed this beautiful place wonderfully quiet, but a steep slope to free parking. Inside with a key box worked well, the space is very clean and tidy, everything is available. Otherwise, the village is easily walkable, beautiful castle to visit, pizzaria around the corner where you can eat.

Super modern and nicely decorated apartment. It was totally cozy. Would like to exchange our apartment for yours! Price-performance ratio is great. At night there was always something going on outside, which did not bother us personally. The only thing that bothered us was the very soft mattresses, but that's also a matter of taste :-) All in all, super stylish modern apartment and exactly as described. I appreciate it. Thanks 😌

Very friendly and uncomplicated hosts. The place is lovingly decorated, we didn't miss anything. They created a very nice garden, which we unfortunately did not use at all due to lack of time. The area is very quiet. So we would always like to stay there again.
