Remarkable place. Not many options in general for this type of quality, so very unique and felt like home. I stayed there for a month, and they were flexible with my dates and made my stay really great. Room cleaning was included which is not always a given for Airbnbs and longer rentals. Can highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay for a few nights or even longer.

Omg this beautiful place is so amazing, wish I can stay longer. This place is perfect for solo or couple travel, clean, quiet and 12 min walking distance from the Colognes cathedral. Would stay here again if I have any chance to come back. Sandra is very nice and approachable. Thank you. 😊

I booked the smallest room for one night and got the largest (upgrade). Check-in was straightforward, the room clean, the window good isolated. I find the new fashion to place the shower cabin right next to the bed - including an insight into the person in the shower (-: But everything is super modern and furnished with taste. The window went out to the demolition site, which was already active from 6 o'clock in the morning. But the sound insulation is really good. Thank you!

Staying at the K1 tree house was an incredible experience and the perfect weekend getaway. The beautiful view from inside the cozy yet modern cabin was simply breathtaking. I can definitely recommend experiencing this special place with your partner. Stefan was incredibly helpful and always available when we needed anything. The only downside is that there are not many good dining options in the area. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend it and look forward to trying one of the other tree houses next time!

We stayed at the aparthotel for a weekend. The size of the apartment is super suitable for a stay for two. Upon request, we could even check in flexibly until the night. The instructions came in time and in detail by email. The large parking space directly at the houses is very convenient. The apartment was just as described in the pictures. Everything was clean and tidy. We felt right at home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Schloss Dyck. The attention to details, very clean and the friendliness of everyone working there was exceptional! The nature is beautiful and we spent hours walking with our dogs and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Often as travellers with big dogs we feel like awkward but everyone at Schloss Dyck is truly friends of all types of dogs and they made us feel very welcomed :) Thank you to the whole team!

Orange 70's hotel room in a green Oasis!

Thoroughly enjoyed our two nights in 'Malbec', the orange 70's room. We were in the area for a race at the Nürburgring because it's only about a 20 minute drive to the track. This boutique hotel has loads of character and I highly suggest you try to have dinner in the attached restaurant. Wim is an attentive host and an excellent chef. Looking forward to a return visit.

Nettestrasse 12 is 500 meters behind the village exit in the natural surroundings. We still got good hot food at 8:30 pm. The breakfast also left nothing to be desired. Very friendly staff and everything very clean. We will be happy to come back.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation! Since we occupied all the rooms as a group (business), the attached restaurant was closed especially and we could move freely. Thanks to the practical room layouts, we were able to hold our meetings separately from the restaurant and use the gastro kitchen for our own cooking event. In general, everything was very clean and tidy, renovated rooms and bathrooms. The property is also located in the middle of nature, so the breaks could be well combined outdoors with walks. Wim was an excellent and accommodating host! Glad to come back!

We stayed one night at Wim's place and felt right at home. The place is nice and cozy, the outdoor area with the pond we also really liked as it is nice and quiet there. Perfect also for charming people. Dinner was a real highlight... we enjoyed it very much. Which made us particularly happy that our two small dogs were welcome. Thank you again!

I don't usually give reviews, but in this case I have to: Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and matched both the description and the photos. The breakfast was great. There was a lot of choice. The staff were very friendly and tried to fulfill every wish! There was nothing to complain about. I truly truly truly truly recommend it!

Wim was a wonderful host. He made us a wonderful pizza, shared his delicious Riesling, and chatted with us for a while before we turned in from a very long travel day. Bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent and we said farewell in the morning after sharing a latte together. Fantastic stay in a peaceful setting
