Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. The apartment is located in the basement of a detached house, with stairs to the separate entrance in a very quiet cul-de-sac. It is 35 square meters with a spacious terrace, underfloor heating, high-quality furniture from Lambert to Ligne Roset and a premium box-spring bed.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop, which I have converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venusberg. Shops for everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train station is 11 minutes to the train station. The house of history is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1,9 km away. The open plan "shed" has a private entrance.

The room is quiet and modernly decorated. A private parking space is available. Area: direct bus connections to Bonn City and Bonn main station. Good road connections to Bonn, Siegburg and Cologne. The apartment is about 75sqm and is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. It is located about 5 km from Bonn-City on the right side of the Rhine in Beuel, 25 km from Cologne/Bonn Airport. There are very good connections to 3 bus lines and the airport motorway. The two-family house is located in the second row in the middle of a garden. Here is a pure residential area without industrial buildings.

The double room with its own entrance door and private bathroom is located on the first floor of a detached house in the heart of Hangelar. All shops are within 3 minutes' walk, Bonn city center is 10 minutes by car or tram. Coffee/tea are available at any time. A small hallway with a wardrobe connects the room to the bathroom, which is very well lit and has a large shower.

Stylish rooftop studio with private bathroom and mini kitchen

The 30 m2 studio is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
