Due to its quiet yet central location, this apartment is also ideal as accommodation when taking part in seminars, during scientific research stays, as accommodation at trade fairs and during long-term outpatient clinic treatments in Bonn and the surrounding area. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop, which I have converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venusberg. Shops for everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train station is 11 minutes to the train station. The house of history is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1,9 km away. The open plan "shed" has a private entrance.
