Laura is a great host and I appreciate her flexibility with our schedule and her quick responses and attention to detail. The house was perfect! The back room is cozy with the most amazing view! My family loved the amazingly huge dining room table. We found ourselves gathering around it a lot to talk or play games and of course eat! And the large kitchen island is perfect for a family pizza making night!! I would totally stay here again. Thanks Laura!

It was perfect for what we needed. We had an event in Chattanooga that we were attending and this place was 20-30 min drive for everything we wanted to do! Host was super friendly and the house itself had plenty of room for everyone! We had a great time!

There is absolutely nothing bad about this home. Exactly what they said it would be and more. Our group of 15 was there for a church conference for Teens and they all loved it!! So much to do at the house for fun and the sleeping accommodations were perfect!! 3 spotless full bathrooms were a Godsend and that 16 foot dining room was amazing! We were all able to sit together and talk about our day. The amenities and location made us feel welcome and at home. We plan to stay again and would highly recommend this property to anyone. The house was perfect for my daughter’s spring wedding in the Tennessee mountains. There was enough bedrooms but would like more closets or some place to hang clothes. It was nice to have a lovely deck with a great view.

This home was more beautiful than the photos! As soon as we walked in, we all noticed a nice fresh, clean smell which was the perfect way to start our stay! Everything was immaculate, which is so important to us! This home is extremely spacious and the beds are so comfortable. All of the sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels and washcloths are so soft and top quality. These things make such a difference! It is very apparent that the host really cares about the happiness and comfort of their guests! We really enjoyed taking a hike on the trails as well behind the home. The decor is just beautiful in this home with so many classy, unique accents. Lastly, we truly enjoyed the amazing massage chair and foot massager which were such wonderful amenities and really added to our overall experience! What a splendid idea! We can't say enough about this home and really look forward to returning the next time we are in the area. Thank you David and Lorie for being honest, caring, amazing hosts!

Misha was an incredible host. She communicated throughout the whole process and was very prompt with her replies. She made sure we had everything we needed. The place was super clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. I would highly recommend reserving a trip here!

This place was the perfect size for the three of us and our small dog. There's a nice back porch with a grill, a rocking chair and a patio table and chairs and a tv. It's a very peaceful spot near the golf course. We were in town for four days to visit my family and this place worked out exactly how we needed it to.

The house was beautiful and had more than enough room for our family of five. Everything was new and clean. Grill and green egg out back for any cooking wants or needs. River running through the property was serene and a delight to listen to in the morning with a cup of coffee and the evenings with a cigar on the back porch. Perfect staging area for all the state parks we wanted hit. There is a state park about a mile up the road where the headwaters for the river start that is an easy hike as well. Owner was super responsive to any questions and gave us a discount for the upstairs bathroom not working(which we agreed to ahead of time). Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to be away from it all and enjoy the sounds of nature all around while having a modern comfortable place to stay.

This place was perfect for our stay. We were in town for a high school fishing tournament for my daughter and teammates. The house had tons of room with plenty of outdoor space also. We were fishing most of the time but would’ve loved to be at the house even more to enjoy the porch and dock on the water. The place was quiet and peaceful. Raina did an awesome job with communication about everything. Will definitely be staying here in the future if we’re back in the area.

Crystal has a very peaceful and cozy place. It is exactly as stated in the listing. Loved the location and being able to walk to the waterfall, just 5 minutes away. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you Crystal!

Sunrise Escape is such a cozy and homey little getaway! It's comfortable, with the perfect touch of lived-in in while located close to work at the TVA plant. I come back every year and will continue to do so as long as Jennylynn has me! Thank you, Jenny for providing me such a great place to come home to after a long day of work!

Loved the view of the lake! Beautiful lake house, it reminded me of being a kid again and spending time with family on the lake! Very peaceful and private! Would definitely return!

We had a great time! The house was nice and really clean. Nice big table and chairs on the deck and some nice rocking chairs, all of which look to have been recently upgraded based on previous reviews. Easy walk down to the water. The yard down to the water is beautiful with some big shade trees if you want to get out of the sun. The boat dock was great and we hung out there a lot. Would be cool if it had a ladder to get in/out of the water. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen had all you need to cook meals. We slept in the primary bedroom and it was great! The bed was so comfy with nice linens. We will definitely be going back!! I highly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed this quiet spot at the lake! Cozy and calm, with a nice floor plan and very comfortable beds. Everything was fantastic!

We booked in advance and did not plan for a winter storm, however Katherine went above and beyond to communicate updates about the winter storm, pointers for how to navigate the area with all the snow, and she left supplies for us in case we lost power. We had a great time! Not to mention it was clean, we loved the downstairs area, and it was a great kitchen!

No Issues, nice place for 6 fishing guys - boat dock was nice and ramp close by - would definitely would stay again!!!

We stayed 4 nights at Jason's place and we absolutely loved it. Jason was so nice and helpful. We came to fish off the dock and I have to say, Jason's dock might be the best I've ever seen. Plenty of space and covered. Boats would come flying by on the lake and we would not rock at all. Very impressed. We will definitely come back!
