Laura is a great host and I appreciate her flexibility with our schedule and her quick responses and attention to detail. The house was perfect! The back room is cozy with the most amazing view! My family loved the amazingly huge dining room table. We found ourselves gathering around it a lot to talk or play games and of course eat! And the large kitchen island is perfect for a family pizza making night!! I would totally stay here again. Thanks Laura!

This home is beautiful and exactly as described. My girls and I loved it for a quick weekend getaway. The hot tub was a hit with my teenage daughters and having their own area upstairs away from the main room so they could stay up all night and not keep me up. lol. I would definitely put this on a list of return properties to visit.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. We had enough beds and bedroom space for everyone to be comfortable, my twin 11 year old grandsons thought they had died and gone to heaven with the theatre room, especially when they realized it was "their room" to sleep in! The hot tub was enjoyed by all of us many evenings during our stay and the convenience of having a washer and dryer was much appreciated. We find the North Shore/Red Bank area location to be the best for getting to all the attractions and restaurants we have come to enjoy during our multipe visits to the area - now that we have found the North Chatt Hangout we are thinking it will be our "home away from home" for future visits!

Amy’s Place was very comfortable and a delight to stay at! We enjoyed the ping pong table, fire pit, and the hot tub on our quick mini vacy! So many extras in the kitchen, salt/pepper, oil, syrup… etc! Fully equipped. Beds were also very comfortable! Drive way is an ease access but is also very tight on turns so be mindful for her directions! Lovely home and highly recommend!

There is absolutely nothing bad about this home. Exactly what they said it would be and more. Our group of 15 was there for a church conference for Teens and they all loved it!! So much to do at the house for fun and the sleeping accommodations were perfect!! 3 spotless full bathrooms were a Godsend and that 16 foot dining room was amazing! We were all able to sit together and talk about our day. The amenities and location made us feel welcome and at home. We plan to stay again and would highly recommend this property to anyone. This is your grandma’s house. 🥰 I was just waiting for my grandma to walk through. The look, the smell, the cozy and comfy feeling. The host provides a free bottle of wine. As of March 2025, the host required a security hold of $1000 or a non-refundable deposit of $45. I would stay here again if I needed an entire house. There’s so much room and it’s very clean!

Such a great location if you're looking for a secluded weekend getaway! There's plenty of hiking nearby, but staying and enjoying the quiet nature from the porch is all you need too. Brian and Nola were extremely friendly, and the cabin was exactly what we needed for the weekend.

This beautiful cabin was perfect for a large family! The view was incredible and the environment was welcoming and very clean! We especially loved the thoughtfulness of the s’mores kit for the kids! Russell was very prompt in responding and making sure we had all the details for our stay! The local grocery mart is about an hour away, so it was helpful he noted that in the description so we could stop and get all of our groceries before heading to the cabin. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, a clean hot tub, board games and a large dining table that the entire family could enjoy. The dock and kayaks were in great shape, great fun to fish! We look forward to visiting this home again. Highly recommend!!

What a great hideaway. The cabin was snug and cozy. Had ample room for parking and turn around. Living space was clean, uncluttered, and easy to navigate. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the desired equipment for making meals. The cabin doesn't have central air or heat and the time of year we stayed had cold mornings, but there were enough heaters to keep the space cozy. We did not use the fire pit, but did use the propane grill. Though the grill is supposed to be self starting, it wouldn't, but the grill supplies had all I needed to start it. The hot tub was attempted, but with little experience and light instructions, it was not a successfully comfortable attempt. Highly recommended.

when i booked penelopes cabin i was looking for one in the mountains with a view well when we arrived it was better then the pictures showed the view was outstanding with it setting on the edge of the mountain it was a place i could live in forever and for her to share it with people i cant thank them enough inside the cabin was 3 large bedrooms large living and setting rooms and everthing in the kitchen that you would need to cook or bake your own meals and the home made bread and jam she left us was very good. all the places we explored was within 45 min drive. cant wait to go back there which we will. thank you again penelope and mark for sharing your beautiful home.

This was our weekend getaway and let me tell you it was amazing! This cabin is very secluded in a small town with many beautiful sights. We both felt at home. The cabin is pet accessible, but you couldn't even smell another animal in there && there is even linens for the pets! We only utilized one room, but it was very spacious & we enjoyed the board games! The road to get up to the cabin was a hill with gravel and was piece of cake with 4wd. Despite the negative reviews we felt a complete opposite for the cabin. Not only was the cabin amazing but Glenn's communication was very great. We are both very pleased & will be recommending to future travelers! ** AWESOME HOT TUB!!

Jason’s place was perfect for us! Short drive from the venue and was very accommodating to our needs.

Dylan’s place was a great quiet retreat for myself and teen daughters. We booked this place because of the hot tub and not too terribly far from Chattanooga (just over an hour). Delano is a sweet little town. We enjoyed the thrift/antique shops and the Food City is well stocked for groceries. Not many restaurants near by. And we drove into Benton using Yelp for a restaurant, unfortunately Yelp wasn’t up to date on current restaurants or times open. Call ahead if you want to know. Cherokee National Forest is very close and beautiful as well as the Ocoee River. Within 5 minutes is a sweet wine shop and Amish market that I highly recommend visiting. All in all a very quiet, rural, beautiful location. The home is just as the pics show and the fire-pit and hot tub are fabulous! We really loved the bumble bees that are highly active on the front porch as they were super curious of us. The TVs were huge and super clear as well. Definitely would stay here again.

We loved how peaceful it was. Our German Shepherd loved exploring and sleeping on the smooth floor. The hot tub was amazing! Great experience!
