There is a fireplace in the apartment and a sliding door that opens into a beautiful garden. It is located just by the Laugardalur Park the family- and sports park in Reykjavik. Around the corner is a nice bakery, a very convenient grocery store, a noodle restaurant, an ice cream store, a beauty saloon and a hairdresser.
