I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kjartan’s listing! He has been extremely responsive and helpful. He gave great advice for me during my stay and great things to do around the area. Parking was always available, home was easy to find and as described. Book here, it’s worth every penny.

Fantastic home! It was cozy and quiet with great natural light and a beautiful balcony while being a 10 minute walk from downtown. The home and host made you feel immediately at home! I would highly recommend.

My family and I (5 adults) had a great stay there. Hjalmar and his wife greeted us when we arrived at the house. He was very responsive and flexible with our check-in. The place was clean and comfortable. It had everything. We would stay there again. Highly recommend!

A perfect space for a couple, in a location that’s great for both going into Reykjavík and driving around the golden circle/south coast. The apartment looks even better in real life, and was left clean and with everything we could have needed, we absolutely loved our stay! Thank you so much- would recommend to anyone :)

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The space was roomy but cozy, in a great location, and exactly what we needed. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super helpful throughout our stay. Great views and is a short walk to main attractions. Highly recommend

We loved staying at Haukur's place - it was walkable to a ton of restaurants and attractions in downtown Reykjavík, but still quiet in the evenings. Check-in was very easy. Parking was also pretty easy. We used the Parka app and parked one block away from Haukur's apartment (parking in front of the apt is zone 1, but if you park one block up it's zone 2 and half the price). Overall, great location and experience. We would definitely stay here again!

We appreciated the great location, beautiful room and hospitality from the front desk staff. It was really helpful to be able to drop off our luggage early in the morning upon arrival to maximize our time in Iceland with an all day tour!

We had a fantastic stay at the studio. From the start, Johnny and family were very proactive and helpful. Check in was easy. The place is very clean and comfortable, with an ample-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the heated floors! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Andri was the most helpful host we've ever experienced! The instructions for getting there were wonderful and he checked in with us a couple of times during the week through the app. The condo was exactly as described and was plenty of room for the two of us. It would fit 4 if the sofas were utilized but it's important to note that the sofas are 6 feet in length so they would not fit tall adults very well. The bedroom is small but the bed is comfortable. We had everything we needed in the condo which was very clean. Having a washer and dryer made packing easier. There is an elevator to the condo. The location was great for us especially since we rented a car but is a little outside of downtown (5-10 minutes) and the area is being built up so I expect there will be more shops and restaurants nearby in the future. Being able to look out at the water each morning was a beautiful start our day plus checking for whitecaps was a quick way to assess how windy it was.

This place was amazing! So close to town center and truly in the heart of Reykjavík. The place was clean and looked exactly like pictures. Perfect for two people.

Best Airbnb we stayed at in Iceland by far. Fantastic place and location! Really close to 10+ restaurants (several right across the street) and things to do. Very clean and spacious with nice views of harbor and mountains. Had a large shower (I only mention this because in other Airbnbs we stayed at in Iceland, the showers were so small that you could barely turn around in them). Host was responsive and helpful.

We loved staying in Anna's apartment! She is an amazing and kind hostess. The apartment looks even better than the pictures, very clean and comfortable. Includes all the amenities you could need and the location, although not in the center, it's really accessible (if you rent a car) and the neighborhood is nice. The building has an elevator which was a plus. Would stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights in a group and had a very good time. Super central location, very comfortable house and very easy to find paid parking near the property. The host was super professional, gave us a lot of information and helpful tips.

This was my second time in Reykjavík and second time to stay with Sigridur and Omar. I love the apartment, it is spotlessly clean and very homely, in a quiet neighbourhood. Sigridur and Omar are very welcoming. It is a home from home. 😊

It is a cozy, warm, comfortable, and convenient apartment—perfect for our family of four. It was really nice to be able to relax and cook some easy dinners in this apartment after our long days exploring the areas around Reykjavik. Clean apartment with character. It’s a nice place to relax and it’s in a walking distance from the center and close to Bus Stop 1 that many tours have as a pickup point.

Our family of 5 (3 pre-teens / teenagers) did an IcelandAir stopover for just a couple of days. This BnB was in a great location close to the airport and the city. The home itself was wonderful and easily accommodated us. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Elisa provided amazing recommendations for things to do and local places to eat. I wish we had more time to spend in this wonderful country. When we come back, we hope Elisa and her family will host us again!

I'll have to say that at first I was not happy - the Airbnb that we reserved had not been cleaned from the previous stay. HOWEVER, the situation was rectified when I reached out to Hildurg. Hildurg responded immediately and accommodated us into a new apartment for our stay within the same building. The rest of the stay was pleasant and I would say that having a responsive and helpful host is extremely valuable on Airbnb. I would reserve again with Hildurg given how helpful everything was and how close the apartment is to the center of Reykjavik! There is free parking available around the area too.

The stay was perfect. The apartment is well located, simple check-in and had everything we needed on site. The complimentary coffee is also a plus.

Brynja is incredibly communicative, helpful and just lovely! Her home is beautiful and the private hot tub was a real selling point for us. The bus to downtown was just outside and super convenient - I would recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone I know who travels to Reyjavik!

Magnús has been a great host, polite, kind and really helpfull. The house is beautiful, full-equiped and nice located (could even see the northern lights here). We had an incident with the jacuzzi and he helped us super fast. Would recommend this acommodation 100%.

Very well equipped for a comfortable stay in a central down town location. Handy for everything with lots of cafes, bars & restaurants within close proximity. Spacious & stylish apartment to hang out in when we didn’t feel like going out. Netflix on the TV was a lovely touch.

Amazing stay! We were able to get in early which was perfect because our group was absolutely exhausted. Favorite place during our trip would definitely be visiting again.

Sloveig was such a wonderful host and really went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. The place was beautiful and comfortable in every way imaginable and super close to the city center without the crowd. Definitely a place I would want to come back to!
