I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kjartan’s listing! He has been extremely responsive and helpful. He gave great advice for me during my stay and great things to do around the area. Parking was always available, home was easy to find and as described. Book here, it’s worth every penny.

Fantastic home! It was cozy and quiet with great natural light and a beautiful balcony while being a 10 minute walk from downtown. The home and host made you feel immediately at home! I would highly recommend.

My family and I (5 adults) had a great stay there. Hjalmar and his wife greeted us when we arrived at the house. He was very responsive and flexible with our check-in. The place was clean and comfortable. It had everything. We would stay there again. Highly recommend!

A perfect space for a couple, in a location that’s great for both going into Reykjavík and driving around the golden circle/south coast. The apartment looks even better in real life, and was left clean and with everything we could have needed, we absolutely loved our stay! Thank you so much- would recommend to anyone :)

I can’t say enough about how great this place and host is. Excellent central location -close to bus stops, tour pick up points, restaurants, attractions and supermarket. Very tastefully decorated and stocked - modern yet warm and cosy. Heated bathroom floors are nice. (Side note - If you are sensitive to noise it’s not for you - this is a central area and has foot traffic as such.) Most importantly - Thora was an amazing and responsive host. I hurt myself and she had sourced and delivered crutches for me with 25 minutes on a Saturday night! She was very helpful with other information needed. Highly recommended for your stay.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The space was roomy but cozy, in a great location, and exactly what we needed. Check-in was smooth, and the host was super helpful throughout our stay. Great views and is a short walk to main attractions. Highly recommend

We loved staying at Haukur's place - it was walkable to a ton of restaurants and attractions in downtown Reykjavík, but still quiet in the evenings. Check-in was very easy. Parking was also pretty easy. We used the Parka app and parked one block away from Haukur's apartment (parking in front of the apt is zone 1, but if you park one block up it's zone 2 and half the price). Overall, great location and experience. We would definitely stay here again!

We appreciated the great location, beautiful room and hospitality from the front desk staff. It was really helpful to be able to drop off our luggage early in the morning upon arrival to maximize our time in Iceland with an all day tour!

Andri was the most helpful host we've ever experienced! The instructions for getting there were wonderful and he checked in with us a couple of times during the week through the app. The condo was exactly as described and was plenty of room for the two of us. It would fit 4 if the sofas were utilized but it's important to note that the sofas are 6 feet in length so they would not fit tall adults very well. The bedroom is small but the bed is comfortable. We had everything we needed in the condo which was very clean. Having a washer and dryer made packing easier. There is an elevator to the condo. The location was great for us especially since we rented a car but is a little outside of downtown (5-10 minutes) and the area is being built up so I expect there will be more shops and restaurants nearby in the future. Being able to look out at the water each morning was a beautiful start our day plus checking for whitecaps was a quick way to assess how windy it was.

This place was amazing! So close to town center and truly in the heart of Reykjavík. The place was clean and looked exactly like pictures. Perfect for two people.

We loved staying in Anna's apartment! She is an amazing and kind hostess. The apartment looks even better than the pictures, very clean and comfortable. Includes all the amenities you could need and the location, although not in the center, it's really accessible (if you rent a car) and the neighborhood is nice. The building has an elevator which was a plus. Would stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights in a group and had a very good time. Super central location, very comfortable house and very easy to find paid parking near the property. The host was super professional, gave us a lot of information and helpful tips.

This was my second time in Reykjavík and second time to stay with Sigridur and Omar. I love the apartment, it is spotlessly clean and very homely, in a quiet neighbourhood. Sigridur and Omar are very welcoming. It is a home from home. 😊

It is a cozy, warm, comfortable, and convenient apartment—perfect for our family of four. It was really nice to be able to relax and cook some easy dinners in this apartment after our long days exploring the areas around Reykjavik. Clean apartment with character. It’s a nice place to relax and it’s in a walking distance from the center and close to Bus Stop 1 that many tours have as a pickup point.

Our family of 5 (3 pre-teens / teenagers) did an IcelandAir stopover for just a couple of days. This BnB was in a great location close to the airport and the city. The home itself was wonderful and easily accommodated us. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Elisa provided amazing recommendations for things to do and local places to eat. I wish we had more time to spend in this wonderful country. When we come back, we hope Elisa and her family will host us again!

The stay was perfect. The apartment is well located, simple check-in and had everything we needed on site. The complimentary coffee is also a plus.

Helga’s apartment is very cute and plenty big for 2 kids and 2 adults. She provides many lovely linens and blankets. There is a washing machine but no dryer so you just need to hang dry items. You walk through the master bedroom to get to the guest room with 2 twins, so may not be ideal if one likes privacy. They have a beautiful, private backyard with a patio and hot tub that they will fill for you one day/evening. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and markets very close. It’s only a 5 minute walk to Rainbow Road and the main shopping/restaurant areas. Parking is hourly and only road parking is available. Iceland uses the “Easy Park” app so downloading it before hand is easy to do. The kitchen and bathroom are smaller but plenty big for making meals, etc. Helga gifts a bottle of red wine and fresh fruit upon arrival. We had a lovely stay and would stay there again. Enjoy!

Brynja is incredibly communicative, helpful and just lovely! Her home is beautiful and the private hot tub was a real selling point for us. The bus to downtown was just outside and super convenient - I would recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone I know who travels to Reyjavik!

Magnús has been a great host, polite, kind and really helpfull. The house is beautiful, full-equiped and nice located (could even see the northern lights here). We had an incident with the jacuzzi and he helped us super fast. Would recommend this acommodation 100%.

Very well equipped for a comfortable stay in a central down town location. Handy for everything with lots of cafes, bars & restaurants within close proximity. Spacious & stylish apartment to hang out in when we didn’t feel like going out. Netflix on the TV was a lovely touch.

Amazing stay! We were able to get in early which was perfect because our group was absolutely exhausted. Favorite place during our trip would definitely be visiting again.

Sloveig was such a wonderful host and really went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. The place was beautiful and comfortable in every way imaginable and super close to the city center without the crowd. Definitely a place I would want to come back to!
