The 80m2 apartment offers a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere in a peaceful neighborhood. Bright and inviting, it features large windows in the living room that flood the area with natural light. While the kitchen may be compact, it is fully equipped with essential amenities. Despite its size, the apartment is designed to provide ample room for movement, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious. Additionally, the attic is a delightful retreat for children to enjoy playtime and relaxation.

There’s also a creative space with an electric piano, guitar, yoga mats, and a meditation kit. Located in quiet Hlíðar, just 15 min from downtown.
