On a 2000 meter plot of land we have built two studios with everything you need to spend a couple of wonderful days. Ideal for families and friends, 4 people can comfortably fit in two independent studios, each one with a kitchenette and a beautiful bathroom open to the gardens. We have a wood-burning sauna! Sherie has been such a wonderful host. Always available and super helpful, be it directions, recommendations or just to have a conversation with her. She shared a lot of recommendations with us especially for the dia de los muertos celebrations. The house is located on a hill, with lovely views and tranquility. The Centro of St.Agustín Etla is a 10 minutes drive. We would definitely like to go back in the future. Thank you Sherie for all your help!

The place and its mountain-facing view are every bit as gorgeous as depicted, and Bethania was a delight to communicate with. Great water pressure that gets hot and stays hot. Gas stove works well. There is a small shop next-door where you can acquire basic provisions like drinking water, dish soap, etc.— it's also a convenient place to catch a colectivo. Only thing to note before booking is that this apartment is directly across the street from a primary school yard, so depending on your hours and the time of year you may find your mornings punctuated by some marches and songs.

This place is very cozy, quiet and very private. Very welcoming, found everything close by, stores, supermarket and park near by, a bank and all you need for a great stay. Villa ETLA is a great place to visit while traveling through Oaxaca.

Esta cabañita es un gran lugar para pasar días de total desconexión con el caos y el estrés de la ciudad. Està rodeada de pura naturaleza. Es un gran sitio. En la localidad cercana (a 3 minutos) hay un restaurant para desayunar y comer. Un sitio de hamburguesas muy buenas. Un super y varias tiendas. Si quieres visitar todo lo de Etla, incluido El Casa, está cabañita es ideal. Aún sin auto te puedes mover fácil (si te gusta caminar). Yo fui del aeropuerto a la cabaña en colectivos y todo fue muy sencillo. El sitio es un espacio que se ha construido con mucho amor, se siente. El perrito y la gatita son muy muy muy hermosos. No dudes en quedarte aquí. La pasarás muy bien. A mí y a mis gatitos nos dio mucho este sitio. Gracias !

Rodolfo and Ale were the most amazing hosts — responsive, warm, accommodating. Our group had a little one, and they had welcomed us with a high chair and a sweet crib with a mobile. The home is like you see it, in a streamlined modern style with giant windows where you can peek at the mountains from the lofted bedrooms. The neighborhood is residential and peaceful with lots of street vendors and a traditional covered market. You can grab a delicious bite at all hours. And bonus, there is a paleta spot next door. ;) It is a nice long stroll to the center or a quick 100 mxn peso cab ride. It’s nice to grab dinner, explore the city, and return to the quiet. Thanks Ale and Rodolfo for everything! If you’ll have us, we’ll be back!
