Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

A black wall-mounted key safe is affixed to a wooden door. The device features a secure locking mechanism and is positioned just below a metal mail slot. The natural wood grain of the door is clearly visible, providing a warm and rustic appearance.

Or you can spend the day at Lake Erlabunn, which is perfectly within walking distance (950 meters) and return in the evening to one of the numerous hedgerow inns in the village. With the bus stop, which is just across the property, you can easily arrange a city day in Würzburg or Karlstadt. Shopping facilities are about 3 minutes away by car.

Beautiful, as good as new apartment. Had everything you need. Nice hosts who also grow wine and have a "wine certificate". We bought a few bottles of Franconian wine. A great beer garden on the Main is also within walking distance (2 min).

Great location for quiet walks and delicious wine to enjoy! We felt comfortable with two dogs and two children. Dietholf and Nicole were very kind and accommodating. The bedrooms are large and pleasant (2 bedrooms and a living room), but the kitchen could have been a little cleaner.

A compact dining area is featured, with a circular white table and a single wooden chair. The wall-mounted sink is positioned nearby, with a mirror above it. Soft natural light enters through the window, creating a bright and functional space.

I was looking for the cheapest possible accommodation for an event in Würzburg, which I could use during this period and found what I was looking for at Michaela and Andreas. Check in easily thanks to the key box, quiet location, privacy available. A little tip: The footpath from the train station through the vineyard and later between fields is beautiful and easy to manage with little luggage and good condition.
