As soon as the weather allows it, there will be seating available in front of the apartment. If you want to work, a fiber-optic internet connection provides good conditions. Right next door, in the green vacation apartment, there is also space for 2–4 people.

The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.
