This proximity characterizes the location of our house and is ideal for a break as a couple, solo traveler, cyclist, trade fair visitor (Hanover) and much more.

Altenboitzen impresses with its quiet location without main roads but still with a very good connection to the A27 highway in the direction of Bremen, Hanover and Hamburg. This self-contained apartment is ideal for use as a short stay, vacation or by arrangement for a longer-term accommodation or as a fitter's apartment.

A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.
