The cottage features a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. A double futon in the living room brings the total sleeping areas to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and the house also features a full bath. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. A crib and baby gate are also available if required.

We are one of Sewards Historic buildings and part of the Historic walking tour. This rental has been renovated to provide modern amenities, but we kept some of the historic charm.
