Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.

Absolutely unforgettable stay! Dante was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our trip was perfect. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and supported, offering detailed directions, local tips, and flexible communication that made everything so easy. The penthouse itself is even more stunning than the photos! Spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless—with two large terraces offering breathtaking views of the Umbrian hills. Watching the sunset from the rooftop with a glass of wine was pure magic. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of room to relax, cook, and enjoy the peaceful countryside. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities—full kitchen, comfy beds, air conditioning. in one room, and easy, free parking. And the location made it effortless to explore nearby gems. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this property and host—Dante truly made this a five-star experience. W

We loved everything in this house, a beautiful Umbrian country house that feels like home away from home and where you just want to stay! From the beautiful view to the quality of bedding, rooms, plenty of exquisite details such as scented soaps from the area, tons of bath and hand towels in the bathrooms to the so many corners outside where you can either be together or find your own place to read, everything was perfect! A great pool as well that sadly we could not try because of bad weather in may (lots of rain), olive trees in the garden, plenty of plants and 2 beautiful, laid back house cats. The owner Flavio also went as far as ordering a birthday cake for my daughter and insisted that this was his gift, together with a bottle of bubbly. Caroline was always reactive and helped us to sort out trains , so all in all very friendly hosts. 5 stars! The only downside is the road to go to the house, you need a good car as the last part of the road is a steep climb!

Fantastic place, just as promised in the photos and the description. The atmosphere is excellent, the place is beautifully furnished and arranged, a real experience. The hosts, as well as their local help, are very kind and helpful. This is a perfect place for a quiet holiday and there are a lot of wonderful towns to visit from here. You will feel like you are a local Umbrian resident.

We’ve traveled frequently using sites like AirBNB. This was by far our favorite First the grounds-wow. Gorgeous, peaceful, beautifully maintained. Multiple places to lounge in sun or shade at the pool and on the covered veranda. Lots of great outdoor game sets available-bocci ball & badminton. The house was spotless. Large rooms, beautifully furnished. Loved the massive eat in kitchen. Had every amenity you could imagine-even power adapters. Beds were firm & comfortable. Bathrooms were modern, clean & had plenty of hot water. The pool table was fun to use on a rainy afternoon. Location was quiet and serene, and perfectly positioned for visiting many of the hill towns. We tried 2 local restaurants recommended by Lavinia and both were very good. Lavinia was warm & welcoming and always very responsive. She and her son met us, gave us the tour, and offered many suggestions. She was wonderfully kind to our parents and made us feel at home. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Beautiful house surrounded by greenery and nature. Very clean with lots of bathrooms and beds. We were just sorry that the pool was empty, but we understand that in April the days are not always warm yet. Highly recommended in warmer months to spend more time outdoors. Garden and pool look much larger than in photos and not elevated on a small hill outside the main outdoor patio. The owners are very kind and also offered to take a friend of ours to the Perugia station, much appreciated! They were also very flexible on check-in time and welcomed us in person :) Thanks again!

An amazing super-authentic place in the middle of the Tuscan nature & fields ! The hacienda style accommodation truly offers a unique experience of the Tuscan country side. The accommodation is very authentic while also offering on-site restaurant with excellent food and excellent wine. The hosts are truly amazing and will go the extra mile to make your stay unique. The location is also very good as it is easily connected with main points of interest (i.e. places to visit, eat, etc).
