We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). Airy, bright, clean and functional. The kitchen is very well equipped - more so than at other places we’ve stayed. The deck area is lovely to sit in, and the whole flat felt private - even though the family is onsite… Flavio and Milena are friendly but not invasive, and the tiny kids are learning the trade! Friendly and welcoming. Como is always a hassle to navigate, but Flavio’s insider knowledge made our trip there seamless and truly enjoyable. The hosts are all about making it work for you - which is brilliant!

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time at Matteos's house. At check-in, we were very kindly welcomed by his mother. The house, the garden and especially the pool are beautiful and very well maintained. Our three children had a great time in the pool, which is accessible by large steps and has a great flat area. Perfect also for smaller children. The surroundings are beautiful and Bergamo can be reached in a few minutes by car. Great place! Thanks for everything!

A nice comfy house close to the train station. Was able to cook some nice meals with the amenities supplied. Plenty of space for a family or small group to relax in.

Simona is very friendly and the house is very clean. It's very useful because there's a file that organizes how to get to Milan and its attractions. I confidently recommend it because it's a place I want to stay again.

Everything is positive, the welcome, the relationship with the hosts, the availability, the kindness. And for the house, no complaints, everything was good. For us, Casa Berta was the perfect place to stay! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were glad to leave the crowds (late May!) behind and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the street to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, because it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough so that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

you have to deserve Melania's house because access is reserved for visitors who like to climb! Once in the house you feel at home and the view is spectacular

We had the best week at this beautiful home. We are so happy we were able to stay here and will definitely want to stay again if we can come back to Varenna. Innocenta was so kind and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. This beautiful apartment and Innocenta made our trip to Lake Como so memorable. We did not want to leave! Grazie mille ❤️

Anna was a great and helpful host and she welcomed us and our dog very warmly. There is a beautiful view on the Como lake straight from the house and garden. Anna gave us advice on the parking spot nearby the house which was helpful since the roads are quite narrow and there are not many parking spaces. Overall we had a very relaxed stay even though the weather wasn't perfect.

Great location, near public transport. A lot of good restaurants near by. Very clean and nice apartment. Aircondition was very efficient 🙂

Simona was an incredible host! We stayed at her home in Lake Como for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place- the house was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and the area was quiet and peaceful. We took the ferry to get to more tourist-y locations, and Simona was wonderful about giving us recommendations for places to go and things to do both in the town we were staying in and around the lake. The house was clean and she even provided us with a couple of groceries and a pasta recipe. The location in Carate Urio is walkable, but you do have to get used to lots of stairs and walking on the side of roads. There are a couple restaurants and a small market that worked great for what we needed for the week since we traveled to different towns around Lake Como. Once you get used to the ferry system it's so easy to travel as the dock is only a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay and I would most definitely recommend Simona's Casina delle Rose!

Very nice apartment with wonderful hosts. Everything is as described and previous reviews. We spent two nights in the house and were glad that it was convenient to explore the surroundings - Bergamo and San Pellegrino - everything is nearby. The house has books, guidebooks and games in case the weather is not good. The only thing we didn't find was dishes to cook, but we didn't need them. Well, it is also important to note that the house is in a fairly large village, according to the description we thought it was a more secluded place. But that wasn't a problem either, because the village is quiet. Thank you for having us!

Amazing place! Fausta was extremely helpful, told us everything we wanted to know. Prepared lovely decorations and cookies for us as it was our anniversary during our stay.
