Paulo's house has an excellent division between the space for rest(suites) and the space for socializing, providing well-being for all guests, according to the age, desire and routine of each one🥰!!! The location is easily accessible, even at night! Gated and safe condominium! Great mattresses, we all slept very well!!! The bathrooms are perfect for a relaxing bath! We do not use the hydro because of the cold, but it was at our disposal. Kitchenware, crockery, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, fridge, all spotless for our amenity and comfort! Loved the integrated get-together space, furnishings and decor🙃!!! Flexible check in and check out, according to our need, and without delay!!! Instant response from host😉!!! Very well-equipped, comfortable house. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great bathrooms. Great leisure structure, such as a swimming pool, barbecue area, lawn. Very well maintained house! We had a great family stay.

The house is really very nice. Everything was very well organized and clean. It has everything you need for a safe and quiet stay. Very clean, smelling and quality bed linens. The decoration of the house and rooms left us in every detail, not to mention that all 5 bedrooms are suites and with air-conditioning. The condominium where the house is located is very safe and beautiful. The front-to-house dam is very clean and with quiet waters, where we could swim, kayak and practice stand up paddle (which the house provides), not to mention that enjoying the sauna at the end of the day was also a delight. We will definitely be back!

HADRIAN ALWAYS HELPFUL HOST, ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS... THE HOMEMADE, MR.. BETO, WAS ALSO VERY ATTENTIVE AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO US WHEN WE NEED SOMETHING. THE PLACE IS VERY QUIET, EASY TO ACCESS, THE HOUSE IS VERY WIDE, WITH SPACIOUS DORMITORIES. I RECOMMEND IT! SOON WE INTEND TO RETURN.

Wellington was very attentive, responded very quickly to messages and left the perfect house to receive us. We were in a large group of people and the Welington provided additional mattresses, we all slept very well, including the rooms have air conditioning that was cooling very well. The pool is wonderful and a great view of the Dam. The Dam is amazing, a beautiful beach of sweet water. Very clean condo with several trees. Inside the condominium has a great Pizzeria, affordable and close to the house. Welington indicated the little market that has a little bit of everything, and near the service concierge there is a bakery with hot breads, opens at 8 am closes at 17h. The house has great space for leisure and everything working.

Our stay during every day of carnival was excellent! The house is great, wonderful view, the rooms are large and spacious, comfortable beds, description of the extremely faithful house, with all the utensils described. Fully equipped house, full kitchen, all very clean. We had a little problem with the fridge, which was promptly resolved by the owner, which was very attentive throughout our stay. I highly recommend and hope to come back more often!

This is the second time I've stayed at the house and as always we loved everything, perfect kitchen utensils, rooms with privacy, perfect pool.

The house is true to the ad and very clean. The host is very attentive and responds quickly. A suggestion would only be to remove one of the vessels from the barbecue area and place it in the uncovered area, as it gets in the way a little, especially to use the pool table. We really enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful and extremely pleasant place. the hostyre responded td quickly. Beautifully airy house, with an excellent gourmet space, good outdoor area and well surrounded, I went with 2 pets that were able to get super comfortable. I had a little issue with a television, but nothing that could get in the way of the experience. The condominium is beautiful, very nice to go for a drive, and go discovering places to stop. I plan to come back.

Our stay at the house was very pleasant. The property is equal to the photos, well organized, clean and very good environment to be with family . The place is very nice, next to the dam, club, with easy access. The host was very kind, helpful, answering our questions quickly. We very much like to be on-site, we intend to return on other occasions.

My family and I were in every Igor during the carnival. Casa very comfortable, exactly as advertised. Beautiful Landscape, it was worth it. The only point that perhaps deserves a small one () would be the living room and kitchen, these two environments do not have air conditioning, nor a fan, so, on these hot days, with high heat and pets, it would be interesting to think of an air or even fans, to be able to keep the doors closed at night and do not pass heat. But I emphasize that it is nothing to discredit the house, even because the rooms have great air conditioning.

Second consecutive carnival that my friends and I spent at Fazenda do Carlos. Cozy place, lots of trees, plants, flowers and with a beautiful view, because we can see the dam. Really nature is the high point of the place. Great for rest days, with peace of mind, with family or with friends. Plenty of space for kids to have fun and "explore" with the adventures. The housekeeper Natalino always very receptive, attentive and careful about our lodging. Always available. Once again, we had happy days and we hope to return. Thanks, Carlos! See you soon!
