The house is large, comfortable and well equipped, with several utensils available for use during the stay, which makes it much easier for us guests. Everything was clean and sanitized. The atmosphere is calm and quiet. The home is also safe for pets. The view of the dam is pleasant, and the condominium has some accessible points to enjoy it, as well as the sunset. There is an emporium with basic products, which is practical to avoid travel, and a pizzeria in the condominium itself that delivers at the house. The place is well taken care of and offers good leisure options. The host was very polite and proactive, always available when necessary. The stay met expectations.

All clean and organized, cozy environments, complete with household items, swimming pool with very pleasant hydro. Full and functional gourmet area! Good location, very close to Yacht Club XIII. The stay was absolutely perfect! I celebrated my birthday with some friends and we were all very pleased with the house. Certainly one of the best places I have ever stayed, extremely clean, decoration of very good taste, the house is huge, it has everything necessary. Overall, absolutely nothing to complain about, the stay was perfect.

The service, attention, care and quality of returns went far beyond any experience I've ever had on Airbnb, Bianca really knows how to get paid. The house is very good, the photos well reflect the reality, which is even better. Very well structured, good utensils, very complete. There was nothing missing. The condominium that is the house is impressive, almost a neighborhood. Very clean and organized. On arrival, it looks like you're in California. I would come back more often!

The days in the house were amazing and provided great memories. We were in 9 people, 8 adults and 1 child. Everyone was very happy and comfortable with the space. The lawn, the view, the nature, the dam, the jacuzzi, everything! "Everything is really like the photos and live it ends up exceeding all expectations. The house has a great structure and Josi, indicated to support us in cleaning and in the kitchen, was wonderful, gentle and makes a delicious homemade meal. The condominium is great for walks in the early morning and in the late afternoon. The communication with Piero, owner of the house, was always very good and fast. I highly recommend it. We will definitely return at a next chance.

The house is really very nice. Everything was very well organized and clean. It has everything you need for a safe and quiet stay. Very clean, smelling and quality bed linens. The decoration of the house and rooms left us in every detail, not to mention that all 5 bedrooms are suites and with air-conditioning. The condominium where the house is located is very safe and beautiful. The front-to-house dam is very clean and with quiet waters, where we could swim, kayak and practice stand up paddle (which the house provides), not to mention that enjoying the sauna at the end of the day was also a delight. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had a great stay at the property. The host was extremely proactive and attentive throughout the reservation, which made all the difference. The space met our expectations well and we had no issues throughout the days we stayed there. The region offers a variety of activities, mainly related to water activities in the reservoir, which is easily accessed through the condominium and a very attractive freshwater beach. I recommend and would host again!

The house was spotless, and his thoughtful touches made us feel at home. The location is perfect, the home is super cozy, modern and clean. There is plenty of space for children to play, in addition to the children the adults had a lot of fun. Host was very helpful did everything to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We're already looking forward to getting back to the stay.

Casa do Flávio is absolutely amazing! The terrain, gave us privacy and at the same time a very tasty view, not only of the dam but of all nature around it. The rooms and beds are all very comfortable and of extreme good taste. The Bathroom is Dreamy. And the very pleasant and inviting outdoor area. Each environment of the house was thought out with affection and attention regarding the integration and comfort of the guests. The staff in the house is perfect! Prestativos and very discreet. The Van comidinhas already miss us. Communication with Flávio has always been very easy, attentive and quick to return. These were very special days. I highly recommend it. If I could, I would come back every month .

This was my first airbnb experience and I'm delighted. Márcio is very kind, flexible and guides us in order to anticipate everything that is necessary for a great stay. The house is wonderful, it accommodated very well my guests, we were in 18 people. Guaranteed fun, but if you want rest, it's also an amazing place. We'll be back soon for sure, just gratitude.
