Phenomenal find! Connie’s place is an absolute gem in the middle of nature and a place to find rest, tranquility and romance. Everything about the cottage is modern, yet very original. Cozy livingroom, fully fitted modern kitchen with an beautiful private patio overlooking a flowery garden, great shower and very comfortable bed. This place is a must-return!

George was great to communicate with, he was very quick to get back when we had a few questions. Enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was just as described, bed was very comfortable and we slept great! Kitchen had everything we needed including instructions for how to work everything. Nice touch having tea, coffee and milk upon arrival. Great area to explore, take the costal road the scenic drive is awesome. Cliffs of Moher not too far either. Monk’s restaurant was excellent and both pubs were cozy. Try the kabobs too, very tasty. Would highly recommend staying here, the location is really great. Thank you George, you have a lovely spot!

We could write a book about how special The Beekeepers is and how much we enjoyed our stay. Travel is wonderful but also stressful at times and we could feel all that stress melt away when we arrived. Every corner of the cottage offers something lovely - a treat for the eyes, often whimsical and fun. We loved watching the birds feast from the two bird feeders outside the kitchen window and the wee greenhouse is delightful. If you enjoy cooking while away, the kitchen is amazing! Thank you for all the extra touches - such as the eggs, bread, butter and jam... and the chocolate biscuits :-) And who knew that a place hidden away in the remote Burren would have barista coffee just down the lane and up the road. If I could move in permanently I would. A beautiful home in a stunning location, this isn’t to be missed. Plenty of linens and extra pillows, enough bathrooms to make all the guests comfortable, open and spacious kitchen and dining area. We were sad to see our trip come to an end and are already planning our next visit! Ballyvaughan is not only beautiful, it is full of incredibly kind and warm people. Make sure you leave enough time to see the sights, but also visit the local establishments and get to know the community!
