Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente. Dal 1 di aprile 2023 è entrata in vigore " la tassa di soggiorno". Il costo è di euro 1,50 (a notte, per persona) per un massimo di 7 giorni. Sono esclusi i minori di 14 anni.

Si vous cherchez un emplacement idéal au bord du lac majeur, un quartier calme et un logement très bien équipé alors cet appartement est fait pour vous ! Maria Louisa et Georgia ont été des hôtes très réactives et accueillantes, nous les recommandons.

Appartamento indimenticabile, uno dei posti più belli in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Terrazza privata con una vista mozzafiato, perfetta per rilassarsi a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Il loft è dotato di tutto il necessario e molto di più: ping pong, air hockey, pianoforte e tutti gli altri comfort rendono il soggiorno speciale. I due custodi sono stati estremamente disponibili e gentili. Non vedo l’ora di tornare.

Cristina war eine äusserst freundliche Gastgeberin und war stets hilfsbereit, sehr angenehm. Die Uterkunft war sehr ordentlich, stilvoll eingerichtet und kam mir sehr grosszügig vor. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben alle frisch gerochen (haben wir schon anders erlebt) daher noch ein Pluspunkt. Eine grosszügige Wiese vor dem Block lädt ein zum spielen mit Kindern oder ein Buch zu lesen an einem Schattenplatz unter den Bäumen. Der See ist sehr schnell erreicht zu Fuss und es ist wunderschön mit einem kleinen Sandstrand. Spielplatz, Restaurants, Gelateria alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit dem Schiff kann man tolle Ausflüge machen und vieles entdecken. Da wäre ich froh gewesen, hätte ich besser italienisch verstanden.

Super schöne Unterkunft, genau so wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist super und es gibt schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Micheal ist wirklich super hilfsbereit und schnell in der Kommunikation.
