🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If I could give it 100 stars, I would! This was hands down my best stay ever. The cottage is magical—quiet, spotless, and so cozy I instantly felt at home. The view? Absolutely breathtaking. You can see the lake from every room—even from bed! I slept like a queen in nature’s embrace. The area is perfect for peaceful walks and soul resets. Now, Megan—she’s the kind of host you wish every Airbnb had. So responsive, so proactive, I suspect she has superpowers. Every little request was handled faster than I could hit send. She made sure everything was perfect before I even had to ask. I felt so at home, I almost started forwarding my mail there. Confession: I debated not writing this review because I don’t want it to get booked solid… but they deserve all the love. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, treat it like the rare gem it is—and please, leave a few weekends open for me. 💛 P.S. I brought home memories, peace of mind, and about 237 lake view pics. Highly recommended.

Great stay in Burnstown. Lovely home , with a great space on the main floor for our family get together. Kitchen was well laid out and well equiped for cooking!

We had a wonderful reunion with 6 ladies. Hennie’s place was perfect as nobody had to share a bed! Very well equipped kitchen. We had a power outage - very windy and stormy - and family members were very attentive and brought us candles and flashlights. Would

We had a lovely stay at Clare’s Cabin everything was as expected and she was super responsive and checking in on us incase we needed anything. Will definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway!

A great stay! My partner, my dog, and I have been coming to The Lodge for 4 years now and it’s always a fantastic time. It is a perfect and cozy winter stay. We loving coming back to Golden Lake year after year for The Lodge but also because Cindy is such a wonderful host. She is very responsive with any questions or concerns. 10/10 would recommend :)

enjoyed our night away in the Yurt tent! was clean and beautiful the grounds were well organized and the Hot Tub was amazing and needed for my recent diagnosis in health! lots of beautiful stuff to do around, especially hiking which is our favorite! love all of what Sandor and his family have done with this old school house and the grounds!

Our stay was perfect! Monica and Richard was wonderful hosts. The house was extremely clean and cozy. And thanks to the calmness of the surrounding we had great sleep. We couldn’t ask for more!

The place was so beautiful and peaceful. The bonfire option by the lake is perfect for a couple to spend quality time with nature. Cindy was very proactive and responsive. I would highly recommend this to a couple who wants to spend some time alone in a little cozy cottage surrounded by pure nature.

This cabin was a perfect place to stay. Very cozy and we had everything we needed to relax for the weekend. Andrzej was so friendly and quick to respond.

Lorne was friendly, extremely helpful in getting us to and from the dome, as well as answering any questions we may have had . The amenities were all very nice and in great condition, and he had everything heated up and ready for us upon arrival. Beautiful surroundings and a great way to escape from everything. Would definitely return to this property in the future.

This cottage was the absolute perfect place to enjoy some down time as a family! The cottage was clean, well equipped and located on a beautiful, quiet beach. Everything we needed was provided and more! We enjoyed playing soccer on the large sandy beach, swimming, fishing, board games, campfires and watching movies in the evening. The kids and parents loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay - nice and quiet area and a great base for exploring Manitou mountain and calabogie peaks resort. Clean and tidy. Recommend!

My husband and I had a lovely week-long stay at the Secluded Nature Chalet over Christmas! Lisa's and Ian's attention to detail was evident from the start, with thoughtful touches like a handwritten card and welcome gifts awaiting us upon arrival. The house is cozy yet modern, with an impressively well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom felt luxurious, featuring a rain shower and a large bathtub—especially with the small bath amenities thoughtfully provided by our hosts. The property offers a perfect blend of forested tranquillity and access to Bark Lake. We loved the beautiful view from the house and the daily visits from squirrels on the terrace. The snowshoes and hiking poles the host lent us made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Lisa was very responsive and quick to resolve a minor heating issue. Her attentiveness ensured a smooth and pleasant stay.

This was my second stay at this campsite, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Lisa is incredibly responsive and her campsite is well maintained and beautiful. Once the daytime traffic dies down, it is completely silent and peaceful. This remains one of my favourite campsites in the valley. We look forward to our next visit :)

My husband Jon and I loved our stay at Ken's cabin. It was a great place to use as a base to explore Algonquin and provided a cozy home in the evenings where we could play video games, watch old films, and just chill out. Bongo's tavern on Tuesday night was excellent, with great food, drinks, and vibes. Bongo & Andrea (and the rest of the gang at Bongo's) are so much fun and they made us feel extra welcome. Thank you for an amazing stay. We are already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit to Algonquin Park.

Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone in the area. Close by to stores and downtown, clean, quiet, cozy space. The unit was updated with a nice kitchen, renovated beautiful bathroom and comfortable bedroom. Norm was responsive with any questions or needs. I would stay here again time and time again. Overall, great experience.

We spend my husband's birthday at Katherine & William’s cabin. The space is super cute and cozy, we felt at home! The surroundings are beautiful and calm, perfect for a weekend getaway. We also took advantage of Katherine’s tips and spent some time at trails and local restaurants, and it was amazing! I highly recommend and it was one of my best Airbnb experiences!

Chantyle's cottage was a great find for our family. While it was basic and nothing fancy but that is just what our family loves. We basically only need a spot to sleep and cook, other then that we are outside enjoying the nature we are surrounded by, and this spot was perfect The beach was perfect for swimming, crystal clear, and shallow so the kids could walk out for quite some distance. On top of the beautiful area and comfortable rustic cabin we were greeted by a very friendly, accommodating, and very helpful campground manager Phil and his wife Tanya. Helped us with things we needed right away and gave us suggestions on places to check out that our kids ended up loving....overall amazing experience thanks for having our family stay it was a great location and great place. friendly seasonal campers as well. our family will definitely be back ?
