Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Renfrew County

The photos don't do the cottage justice. It was absolutely gorgeous. We were two couples, a toddler, and a dog, and we all had plenty of space and options for sleeping arrangements. We had gorgeous weather, but the rec room was packed with activities if we would've been stuck inside. Would absolutely recommend this place and would love to book again in the future!

A beautiful cottage on a pristine lake. Beautiful spacious well equipped deck overlooking a swimable sandy beach front. You can walk out into the lake in what seems to be forever enjoying a sandy bottom - no weeds, no rocks!! Comfy fire pit and bbq conveniently located near the beach. Cottage was bright, open concept with a modern kitchen, great appliances and expansive dining room table for great gatherings and game nights. Three comfy bedrooms and clean washroom. Great communication with Tania. Very responsive. Will definitely consider returning next summer. Thoroughly enjoyed our week at the cottage.

Great Airbnb. Private beach was great for the kids and they enjoyed paddle boat and kayaks. Pleanty of room for everyone. Big kitchen with everything you needed. Loved the back deck. Will recommend to family and friend.

A beautiful location with wonderful outside space. The lake is great for kayaking and swimming off the dock. Very good communication from the hosts.

Kelly's place was absolutely gorgeous. A cozy cottage in the lap of nature; you're surrounded by natural beauty. Lush green fields, a gushing river and plenty of activities, it's the perfect place to unwind, relax and have a great time. Listening to the sound of the river was absolutely the highlight of our trip and the weather was just perfect for a quick swim. Would definitely go back! Beautiful and easy to reach location and Kelly was super helpful throughout our stay.

Great rental location , everything you need was made available or within driving distance. The cottage is spacious and allows for a lot of light which is beneficial for those looking for a stay indoors with a view.

Cute little Airbnb, perfect for two couples visiting the area. Really loved having two separate bedrooms with full showers in both bedrooms.

Sandor made us feel welcome right away! He was also very quick to reply to any and every message, and he made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. Our room was clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was very tasty. Location was perfect too. Close to so many good hiking trails and lakes. I would definitely stay here again!

Monica and Richard were there to welcome us and helped us with all the little things. Bbq and fire pit were already ready to go and we enjoyed our stay at their place.

Adrzej and the team were all absolutely amazing. Loved our stay at the Heratige Cabin. Everyone was lovely and very friendly with us and the kids. They bent over backwards to make us feel at home, and we did very much feel at home with them. Can't recommend this place and these people enough. The Heratige Cabin was everything we hoped it would be. Hopefully see you all soon.

We had a wonderful new years trip staying at this place with multiple families and young children. The property was enormous with lots of space to play in the snow, and the inside was clean and spacious. Kendra was very kind and helped us out with early check-in and late check out, and was quick to help us arrange a solution when we left things behind. We would highly recommend Calabogie House!

We had a great stay at the cabin. We were in town for a family emergency but this cabin was a lovely place to lay our heads and enjoy our morning coffee watching the water. We would definitely visit again under nicer circumstances for vacation in the future.

This place was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful scenery, cozy place, private and quiet. The host was very easy to reach and very helpful. We had a small little problem upon our arrival about a breaker fuse being tripped. She promptly replied and help us resolve the issue and was quick to offer additional assistance if we need be. Our kids enjoyed the play structure, pedalboat and swimming in the private lake. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at your Airbnb! My partner, our two dogs, and two friends joined us for the week, and the place was everything we hoped for—cozy, homey, and incredibly peaceful. The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The space was perfect for two couples and our dogs. It’s truly a pet-friendly spot, with direct access to a fenced area where our dogs could play safely and freely. They especially loved the easy access to the lake—it was a highlight for them (and us)! Barry was a great host—welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to enjoy nature and take a break from the city. We’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and would love to return in the future. The cottage was immaculately clean (and I'm fussy !). Well organized, tastefully decorated with a beautiful view of the lake.... The sound of the waves lapping up on the beach while sleeping is really lovely! Would love to go back.

Tavia as a great host - greeted us so warmly and so well that we were genuinely impressed by her and her place. This is like a hidden Gem of a place. May not be upto everyone's liking - as you should remember what you signed up for - some alone time in the woods - and the place serves this purpose so well! This was the first of a kind experience for both me and my wife. She was so accommodating our requests and helped us with suggesting some brilliant places and fun activities. Her place is highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Summer Island! I chose this location because it was a “private island” and we wanted it to be a vacation for our city dog too. She loved being able to wander around and we had no worries. The cottage is so cute and was stocked with all we needed. The beds are really comfortable and the lack of wifi was a bonus to us. Getting to the island was easy peasy and we got great instructions on how to find / access everything. If you need a city respite, this place is magic!

The place is very beautiful and peaceful especially at night. We stayed with our little kids and they loved it as well. I think we came too soon this year as it was still cold and the water at the beach was still high, hence we did not do any water activities. The trail was nice. The staff and Victor were very helpful and reliable. They attend to your concerns right away. We will come back next time for sure.
