The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

Two small halls and a balcony complete the accommodation (75 m2). The spaces are spacious and welcoming. Your property is 6 minutes from Renens train station (very well served) and a 4-minute walk from bus stops as well as shops (food and others). Parking spaces – blue zone – throughout the neighborhood (image).

The entire place is at the guest's disposal. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful location close to shops ( Coop, denner, migros, ...) restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops public transport ( metro and buses). I would like to clarify that the accommodation does not have free parking space. However, guests by vehicle can park their cars in public parking lots. Blue spots are free. You have to have a record.
