It is a safe neighborhood that is central but very quiet. For larger parties there is also a studio apartment on the property that can be rented increasing the total occupancy potential to 5 persons. The studio has a king bed and a futon. It is called Footsteps to the Beach.

The apartment is walking distance from beaches, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and is a 20 minute drive from the airport. Golf and tennis are available and guests have access to any of 5 residence pools a few minutes walk away. There is a fully equipped kitchenette and a lovely patio overlooking the golf course.
