Super recommended option, in the middle of all the places I planned to visit on my vacation. And the places that weren't nearby, at least they were accessible thanks to the subway. Super clean place, friendly owner and co-hosts, the building's receptionists always greeted us with a smile. The only bad thing is the noise that comes from the street, especially the garbage truck that passes by at night and teenagers screaming at any time, but obviously they are problems totally unrelated to the apartment and its owners, whose attitude and helpfulness was excellent.

Arturo was a great host! Very proactive in making sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was clean and looks just like the photos. The location is great. Close to a huge park and shopping mall.

The house is perfect to share with the family, spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy, the only detail is that its countertop kitchen is small, for a kitchen that is spacious and comfortable. Jorge a 7 regarding check-in instructions, always concerned and in touch. A 100% recommended place.

Rosana's kindness and willingness to answer all questions and to coordinate check-in and check-out were excellent!!! She was always attentive to the messages we sent her!! The house is very beautiful and cozy. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Our stay in Chile was excellent! Thank you very much Rosana!!

Daniela's place was wonderful. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The kitchen was fully-equipped, there were plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper - anything you could think of! Everything was clean and modern. We really enjoyed staying in the Nuñoa neighborhood. It has a calmer feel than Santiago Centro but is near the metro and we were within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and parks. Check-in was very easy and it was wonderful to have free parking on the premises as well. Temperatures were perfect so we didn't need to use the heating or cooling units but there were plenty in place if need be. We would definitely stay here again.

We were a group of friends at an event in the Renca commune, Marco was very willing to help from the beginning and was very attentive. We had good communication before and during, and he solved some problems we had. I recommend Marco's house to take a few days off, or if you want to visit Santiago and not stay in such a busy area.

Very comfortable house, clean, tidy and comes with everything you need for a good stay, close to local businesses of all kinds and route 68, highly recommended.

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in Sergio's apartment and through him I came to this apartment. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very kind. The apartment is very conveniently located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Arauco Park. It is at an important intersection in Santiago and with excellent roads to get around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everything is impeccable (the appliances: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc. are in perfect condition). The rooms are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is wonderful!!!! Definitely a place to come back. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thanks to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!

Great and homely accommodation with proximity to Barrio Italia, good restaurants and shopping. Great host who was thoughtful and helpful. Can really recommend staying at Gonzalo's place!
