far away, very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. safe parking and easy to get to. easy access to move around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortable and happy.

Everything's excellent, fully recommended

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at Alberto and his wife's place! We spent more than two weeks there with my family and were extremely well received. They are wonderful people, always attentive and helpful, making our experience even more special. I highly recommend their residence for those looking for a cozy and comfortable environment. The location is easy to find, spacious, has kitchen tools, there is hot water for the shower, the only shortcoming was no laundry service for long-term stays, everything else was great

Nice cozy house. Close to where we needed to be. Shopping is near by. Easy access to the Metro station. Maritza is a great host.

Easy access as described in the instructions. The apartment is clean and tidy, with heating for a cold night. Another good thing is the proximity to the subway, parks, pharmacies, market and restaurants. Marcos responded quickly to messages. I think it's definitely a good option to stay.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and felt at home! We loved the space and everything around it. Right below there is a mini market that helps a lot, and on the street there are restaurants as well. We think the region is quiet and so are the neighbors. Building staff are super helpful. Good location, close to the subway, easy access, close to the center. The host responded quickly and clearly, proactively. The apartment is cozy, it has everything we need to feel at home. Worth the price.

We ended up staying here 3 times in total. It was a really nice stay and the apartment complex offered great value for money, with a fully equipped gym, laundry room, swimming pool and outdoor lounge area. The location is convenient nearby the tube station and a supermarket. Gustavo is very responsive and helped us out multiple times, check in is easy and the place is super convenient and functional. Would recommend!

The place is good, the building has a nice gym and internet is fast. For a single traveler it is a great choice.

Erica and Claudia's place is exactly as shown in the photos, with an emphasis on the spectacular view from the balcony to the Cordillera Mountains. The baths at the end of a day of hiking were an extra gift, and the condominium laundry was very useful as well. The location is excellent, with several tourist spots a short walk away, such as Plaza de Armas and Palacio de La Moneda, as well as museums and the Cathedral of Santiago. We did a lot on foot without any problems. There are also cafes and grocery stores nearby for quick shopping, and a subway station 2 blocks away to access the most distant places. Just like the center of any capital, you need to be careful when walking on the street and especially when using your cell phone, but for those who have walked in São Paulo, you will not see great differences. It was definitely worth every penny paid, and when we return to Santiago we will use Erica's space again if it is available!

Great place to stay in Santiago. I felt very safe in the area and the surroundings had many things to offer. The place is within walking distance from numerous coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Great location to go to concerts at Movistar Arena. The loft has everything you need for your stay and the best air conditioning for the cold of Santiago.

There are a variety of minimarkets less than a block away to cover all kinds of needs and, if needed, transportation is on the corner of the block.

Wonderful apartment, for the cost-benefit. I just found it far from the main attractions, in addition to not having a large supermarket nearby; the nearest is the Líder in Matucana. But I found the accommodation for four people very pleasant.

Very good apartment and excellent location if you want to go shopping at the Costanera mall and you have a subway station in front of you where you can go everywhere. The area is quiet and seemed safe even at night Only a few restaurants nearby, only street stalls, and they close very early, so keep that in mind.
