Monthly Rentals in Rena di Ponente

We liked the house in Santa Reparata very much. Particularly positive is that our host offered us an earlier check-in on his own initiative. The view is really wonderful and we didn't get tired of it the whole week, the surroundings also have a lot to offer. However, it is important to know that the accommodation – like the entire environment – is heavily frequented by tiger mosquitoes. Without a mosquito plug, sleeping through the night was not an option. If we had 1-2 wishes, fly screens on all windows would be a big upgrade (these are currently only installed in the bathroom, which is why you cannot sleep with open windows). For the price of the accommodation, we would have liked real deck chairs for the otherwise nice large and clean terrace, just as some furniture in the interior is a bit outdated. Overall, however, we were very satisfied with the stay and would go on vacation in Santa Reparata again at any time.

Our stay at Michela's went very well. The welcome was warm and the host available. The accommodation was clean, quiet and in a very good location. I would recommend it in a second.

My husband and I spent 5 days at Gianni’s Airbnb. Even before our arrival, we could feel the kindness and attention from him. It was even bigger when we met for the first time while Gianni received us just a few minutes after our arrival in Santa Teresa di Gallura. He showed us all the apartment and even surprised us with goodies and drinks inside the fridge as a kindly courtesy. The apartment itself was pretty well cleaned, organized and smelling very very good! People say “the first impression counts a lot”, so we can certainly afirm that Gianni’s Airbnb got us since the first seconds being there. We do recommend that place and, obviously, we would like to come back again someday. We thank you, dear Gianne, for everything, each detail. We had a great stay in Santa Teresa! Vito was super friendly and gave us all the instructions needed beforehand. We felt very much at home. The place was super clean, it had two beautiful balconies (morning and afternoon sun) and the apartment was overall very well equipped. Especially the last thing stood out: we were so impressed on how well thought out everything was and how everything you needed was provided! I think with four people the apartment could be a bit crowded but it really just depends on how much space you want/need in the end - it’s definitely possible :) Santa Teresa is a beautiful town and everything is in walking distance (supermarket 7 min walk, beach 15 min walk). And the beach and nature is just amazing! Communication with Vito was great and he even offered a late check out since nobody was coming in that day.
