Great location to New Market/Greenlane and lots of parking on the street. Tom was also very kind in offering us the use of their garage. I would say the Hot Tub is so great for a staycation and a getaway from city life. Our two cats also enjoyed the space and the sun throughout the day :) They also have all the kitchen essentials, as well as a food waste processor, which is handy.

The house is everything you would wish for in a holiday -let. Tranquil surroundings, great view across the water from the living room, comprehensively equipped kitchen , and all the accessories you would expect in a comfortable home. You do run into what seems to be Auckland’s little publicised gridlock on the motorways ( at least where I come from) if you want to drive into the city centre or back , during the morning or evening rush hours respectively, but you should be able to work around that on a holiday. I would recommend the property without reservation.

This was a very comfortable place to stay for five weeks - everything we needed was there and Louise was super friendly and accommodating

Teresa's place was everything that I needed for my family of three visiting young adults, 2 small children and 2 tall people (me and husband lol). The young people could come in and out to explore Auckland on their own, the kids were safe, and all the amenities were top tier. The process to book and the communications were nice and clear, and everything we needed was provided for. We had such a positive experience and would love to make a return booking if and when the occasion arises. Highly recommend Teresa's place.

Paula was a great host and the place had everything we could imagine in an AirBnb. Paula's touch of Cheese platter was amazing and definitely enjoyable for whole family as we arrived at midnight. Paula also graciously offered do some basic shopping for us to keep in the kitchen if we needed to eat when we arrived late. Thank you Paula for hosting us

This place felt like home and great for our family who had to travel to Auckland at short notice. We didn’t need to bring anything extra, as everything we needed was provided. The house is easy to find, good off street parking, and no surprises.

Loved the place. Shame we just stayed the night. Has a very homely feel. Kitchen is stocked well, something you don’t normally find elsewhere. Enough spare towels and has everything you would need. Very close to the airport, which is a big plus. Would stay again.

Very comfortable place in a quiet street, it was great to be able to bring our dog - he loved his walks to the park! Thank you very much, we look forward to returning

This property has everything you need in a lovely compact size in the city. main plus points for us, toiletries and tea/coffee making included. large smart TV so we could watch netflix in the evenings. very comfy beds and pillows! having two bathrooms was a huge plus for us as we were travelling with my dad who has dementia. this meant we weren't woken up by him and he felt happy and comfortable. the service from the hosts was friendly and very helpful and the location was great!

We had such a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice and it is set in peaceful leafy surrounds. It was spotless, beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Raes home was stunning and so peaceful - perfect spot to relax and unwind between wedding festivities. It had everything we needed, even local produce to enjoy. Rae was really friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Jo’s place. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Jo was an amazing host—super accommodating and always quick to communicate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Auckland. Highly recommend!

Great place, and although the interior design had obviously been very artistically thought out and put together, we felt that it fell a little short on practicality. Worktops both in the kitchen and bathroom were stone tiles which, given time, would most likely give the hosts problems with cleaning. Bathroom door kept creeping open - needs a little hook or something similar. Bed was very comfy, and although the chairs were reasonably comfortable, would have preferred a sofa or couch - but it is clear in the listing that there wasn't one. Shower was great! We also went in the 'shoulder season' so unfortunately, the pool, whilst beautiful and immaculately clean, was far too cold for our old bones! But don't let me put you off - the hosts are very lovely people and their little dog is a darling! Nice place to stay, all in all.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Sarah for sharing your home with us.

We were surprised how peaceful the property was, considering we were in Auckland, coming from a rural home it was nice and relaxing, just sitting around enjoying what the property had to offer. Grant was exceptionally proactive and professional with his communication and we felt comfortable if we had any questions, queries or concerns we could rea h out without any bother. Overall great place to meet up with family and lived ones for a get away.

We rented the house for family and friends to attend our sons wedding in Clevedon. We all absolutely loved our far too brief stay. The house and grounds are amazing. Loved having the dogs visit, the friendly communication with Josephine and the relaxed environment. Worth every penny.

My family stayed here for a few weeks and really loved it! It's clean, spacious, has everything you need, and feels like home. It's very easy to settle into and is close to the shops and supermarket. We highly recommend booking this home, it's an excellent choice for long stays as well.

The house was absolutely spotless on arrival and we were early - can’t put into words how peaceful it was to sit on verandah listening to the birds and surrounded by lush tree canopies. Everything we could need was in the kitchen and we catered for 4 adults using gas BBQ for steaks from local shops. The hill is steep but usual for NZ and easily walked (slowly) we are 61 and 64. Thank you Barbara for the lovely welcoming treats including towels for the dog 🐕 and the home grown bananas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to return 💛

The accommodations are prepared with careful consideration for guests. It is located in a location with a lot to enjoy on foot.

We are a 61 &64 yo and managed the staircase by following strict instructions to descend backwards We stayed 7 nights and it was a great location for travelling on bus and train into city Also drove to other locations via easy MWay access. Stand out points - This is a beautiful relaxing place to unwind after busy days sight-seeing East to pick up takeaway meals locally or there are facilities to heat up ready-meals (we bought from Farro) The evening and early mornings were filled with birdsong and swing ideal to relax. The shower was excellent and complimentary toiletries great quality Thank you we loved your cottage and would rebook ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beutiful and spotless cottage in a serene surrounding. we loved our stay!! This place has everything you need for a restful stay and is super close to Falls. we alos loved saying Hi to the lambs, cows and chicken. definitely recommande it to others☺️

Henry’s place was spectacular, we have just spent a week there and didn’t want to leave. It was beautifully presented with interesting art & furnishings. The beds were really comfortable & the linen luxurious. The kitchen & bathroom were modern and very well equipped & the outdoor area, which flows seamlessly from the living area, is special & very private. Henry was a great host, very helpful & responsive to any queries we had. I cannot recommend Henry & his lovely home highly enough, it’s 6 ⭐️ from me.

A gem of a place. I was visiting family and working remotely. This place had plenty of space, well laid out, with everything you need including a great kitchen and breakfast bar, seperate dining/work area and a tucked away lounge. The bedroom has a super comfortable bed and gorgeous linen- felt luxurious. Some lovely touches throughout .

Extremely happy with the accommodation and Sandy was fabulous - she checked in regularly and welcomed us via message on arrival and gave well wishes after we left. Really lovely, private place even though they live above. Recommend Sandy and her accommodation very highly and would definitely stay again if back in that area.
