A stunning location literally across the road from Palm Beach. Well equipped and thoughtful touches with lush gardens and Lyndal was an excellent host. We so appreciated the early check in and extended check out so we could enjoy the sunny day. Would highly recommend and hope we can come back.

Winemakers Cottage was in a beautiful out of the way location with a fabulous view. It was well appointed with all that we needed for our long weekend stay. There were good walks from the door into Whakanewha Regional Park. There is a bus service close by but for the less able a car would be advantageous. We would definitely stay again and recommend this cottage.

I travelled alone to visit the area which I am very fond of. Shona's husband John collected me from the station with a warm welcome, took me to a local supermarket, gave me a drive around the area to give me my bearings. Both John and Shona made me feel at home and I enjoyed every minute of my stay in their beautiful property. I will certainly stay with them again when I am next in the area.

We had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend. We needed somewhere for children and it was great. Close to shops, including a quick walk to the mall if you need anything. Charlotte was very quick to respond and even got a new iron as we had a wedding to go to. Really amazing space and value for $$

We ended our 3 week visit to New Zealand by staying at Bob and Cheryl's in Auckland prior to our long flight home. It was a fitting end to wonderful trip to a wonderful country. Our hosts, their lovely secluded garden and the beautiful location on the estuary were perfect! The price was so low that we booked two nights but stayed one so that we could hang out because our flight home didn't leave until 10pm. We are so happy that we did!
