We enjoyed our stay at this One cool place! A bit tricky with the carpark, but great location and lots of great food options nearby.

Small place (would only recommend for two people) but in a great location and has everything you need! Very easy to walk around town from the location. Place was clean and hosts were very communicative!

I was looking for a centrally located spot in Auckland city, that also had good eating options and pathways through park area close to hand. Phil's place ticked all of these boxes, and I couldn't be happier with my stay. If you are looking for similar qualities, as well as a comfortable haven to base yourself, look no further!

This apartment is a great place to stay for a couple. Close to the shops and restaurants of Newmarket. it's handy having a car park provided. Highly recommended.

Booked this place for my partners Mum and it was such an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, somewhere close to CBD but still enjoy the quiet, and the perfect place to unwind. Everything about the stay was just perfect and incredibly convenient with location, which made our trip so enjoyable and stress-free. Lum was a fantastic host — super responsive, kind, and truly went above and beyond to help us out whenever we needed anything. His hospitality really made a difference and added such a personal, caring touch to our experience. We’re already talking about coming back soon. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s in Auckland for their stay! Thank you again, Lum!

We always enjoy our stay at Heidi’s! It’s clean, the location is great, close to Sylvia Park and nice and quiet. The apartment’s unique location in the building means that it doesn’t share any walls with neighbours and has its own private access to the beautiful bbq area. We can’t wait to come back again!

What a special place to spend a few days in the city. It was a corner of peace surrounded by a mini rainforest that Maureen and Stephan had beautiful curated. They had thought about all the little details, with blankets and a heater as we were going into winter, some supplies of tea, coffee etc, a mini laundry and the icing on the cake was the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

Had a great stay here for 4 nights when visiting for work from Sydney. Likely to visit the area again and would book this place without hesitation. Very comfortable and charismatic home. Plenty of space, a lovely outdoor courtyard, quiet and the hosts checked that we were settled and comfortable before leaving us to enjoy our stay, which was lovely. Thank you Holly and Daniel. The bedroom and bathroom was very convenient for what I needed, which was just a place to sleep. It was all very clean and the host was very responsive and flexible with my checkout.

What a spot! This house is beautiful - open, airy, light and spacious, and the mid-century-modern styling was right up our alley. We made the most of the sunny weather in the sprawling gardens, and the cold plunge and sauna were such a luxury - it definitely felt like we were staying at a private retreat while still being close to everything. Katie and Dan were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had too, and ensured we had an easy and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Auckland.

Paul and Hong were wonderful hosts! The place and the neighborhood are amazing! Friendly people and safe. So close to everything, restaurants, grocery store, bus and of course, the beach. There is an excellent walk along the ocean from St. Heliers right to downtown Auckland. Place is beautiful and has everything you need and very clean. We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed and cozy home! The two-storey layout was perfect for our group — with bedrooms upstairs and living areas downstairs, everyone had their own space without disturbing each other. It’s a very comfortable and well-thought-out place for friends traveling together. The host was incredibly approachable and responsive, with clear and timely communication throughout. Highly recommend!

Stayed here while working on Waiheke in winter. Very comfortable, warm and spacious with everything needed. Extremely comfortable firm king size bed in the master bedroom. Good parking on a platform above the house on the roadside with a short flight of stairs down to the house. Nice outlook into the Onetangi Forest reserve. Very happy with our stay - Will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

This was our second time staying at Jacqui’s place and it won’t be the last. Absolutely love this place. Location is perfect with so many restaurants, cafes, shops within walking distance.
