The apartment has two rooms , bedroom and common room with kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, it is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. It is centrally located in the center of Remseck district of Aldingen. Bus lines to the residence city of Ludwigsburg or the light rail to Stuttgart can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The apartment does not have a parking space.

The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Dusch-Badewanne, Waschbecken. Handtücher sind vorhanden. Wohnzimmer mit Sofa Couchtisch, Vitrinen und Sideboard. Smart-TV, Internet und WiFi . Auf der Galerie - zugänglich über eine Treppe , Tisch und Sideboard. In der Wohnung ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet. Tiefgaragenstellplatz vorhanden.

The apartment is bright and very quiet. Access to the terrace. The apartment is on a hill. Super nice view over the Remstal. Parking is right in front of the house. The apartment is absolutely unsuitable for children under 6 years of age. A short walk to the bus stop. The S-Bahn is a 20-minute walk or by bus. Fair/Airport/Cannstatter Wasen/Mercedes Museum easily accessible. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, fast food/restaurant and doctors available.

You will stay in an Art Nouveau house, which has recently been renovated to a high standard. It is about 500 meters from the Ludwigsburg Baroque Palace. You can easily reach Ludwigsburg train station by bus in about 10 minutes or on foot in approx. 20 minutes. Parking is available in the yard. The apartment has a spacious private terrace overlooking the countryside. In the daylight bathroom you will find a walk-in shower.
