The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

Completely newly refurbished and renovated apartment on the outskirts of Hamburg, very quietly located in the industrial area of Rellingen. Bus connection to Hamburg can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, to the city by bus or train in about 35 minutes. The apartment can accommodate at least 4 people. If necessary, a folding bed can be set up. It includes two bedrooms, a large living room with balcony, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with all utensils.

The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

Bargteheide train station is 5 km away.

With this bus line you can reach the subway(U2 Hagenbecks Tierpark) within 6-7 minutes and thus Hamburg can be explored. Free parking is available. The arenas, the NDR and Hagenbecks Tierpark are located in an extended environment.
