Private suite vacation rentals in Reigate and Banstead District

On top of genuinely getting what's in the description, which is already pretty decent, and a responsive host ready to adjust checkin and checkout times for my convenience, the showering facilities are worth mentioning. a decent shower pressure and hot water temperature is not guaranteed, so it got my attention. Also, amazing towels! I am sure I will be back.

We had a lovely stay here, my partner was doing a weekend course at Sussex Green Woodworking and this was a perfect place for us to stay, just 4 minute drive away. The location is peaceful and beautiful, and we enjoyed having coffee with the noise of horses and chickens nearby. Nice restaurants nearby, would especially recommend Poco Wine about 15 mins drive away. Would definitely be back to explore more of the natural beauty in the area.

It was a really great stay. The instructions where very thorough and also Glyn and Harriet personally welcomed me and gave me some tips for the surroundings. The parking spot is great and easy to park in. The walk to the beach is literally a minute, so great for taking a quick peak of the beautiful sunset. The Annexe is very cozy and I felt right at home. It has so many extras like a fridge and a toaster and a folder full of info materials!! Communication with both was really great as they were neither absent nor intrusive. It was just right and I felt very safe and comfortable. Bracklesham Bay is a nice little town with little tourism, which I liked very much. It's the perfect getaway from the city. All the best

We had a wonderful time staying at this uniquely decorated loft accommodation. It had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable and at home. We were visiting to take part in some local sporting events and we were able to relax and recover in this peaceful and cosy space. Access was easy with plenty of room to park and store our bikes.

We enjoyed our stay, accommodation was exactly as described. It was nice and quiet, you were able to easily walk to the beach and the shops if you wanted to. A nice touch was the bread, milk, cereal ,orange juice ,tea and coffee that was waiting for you on arrival. We met Pete and Sam who were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect place for our needs visiting family in the area…..everything you need for a short stay including unexpected iron and board which my partner was delighted to find as his shirt was crumpled by the journey! Comfortable bed and extra blankets were a nice touch too as well as hot drinks tray. Thank you Stephanie

A warm and welcoming flat, comfortable bed, modern bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Milk, juice and cereal were provided, along with coffee and tea, which was a nice touch, so were the fresh flowers. The hosts were friendly, flexible and helpful. It’s a basement, so if it’s cold outside and you need to keep the inner doors in front of the glass doors closed, it might feel a bit dark and closed off, but if you’re out and about most of the day or it’s spring/summer time, that shouldn’t be a problem. Great area with good cafes, shops and restaurants!

Really lovely place, very comfortable for an extended stay. Kitted out with everything we needed and although it got a little cold at times the host was happy to boost the heating as we needed it (would recommend bringing a jumper though!). The standout was absolutely how responsive and lovely the host was - always happy to help us out with anything we needed and left very clear instructions on how everything worked.

The annexe had a separate side entrance & parking directly outside. It was very private & peaceful but reassuring to know that the host Angie was next door should there be any issues. The accommodation was exceptionally clean with a modern bathroom & tasteful decor. The space felt bright & airy, the patio doors letting in a lot of light & it was nice to have a small outside area to sit & enjoy both the morning & early evening sunshine. There were limited ‘kitchen’ facilities, a microwave, kettle & fridge but adequate for preparing drinks & snacks. This was anticipated as it was clearly described. I found my few days staying there very comfortable & relaxing. Chichester city centre with all its attractions is easily walkable from the accommodation which was also an added bonus. It’s an excellent base & ideal for anyone wanting to explore all the area has to offer.

The flat is very cozy and homely with lots of lovingly chosen decorations, artworks and plants. A true home from home. All the appliances worked and the kitchen was fully equipped. The flat was warm, no skimping on the heating here! We loved the beds with the soft sheets and our favourite was the little summer house in the garden. There is lots of wildlife to see and hear. We were lucky that the road was closed during our stay so it was very quiet. The pub at the end of the road was lovely too and in walking distance. Julie and her husband looked after us very well. There were treats and fresh flowers on arrival so we felt really welcome. We will definitely visit again.

A very enjoyable second stay. Andrew and Fiona provide lovely breakfast foods and other welcome treats. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable with a beautiful outlook at the back. Its a nice walk into the village and both pubs do good food and are very friendly. We enjoyed a trip on the Bluebell Railway this time plus a return visit to Sheffield Park.

Very private and next to a beautiful park, great for running.

Greg and Julie's annex was immaculate, spotless and catered for our every need right down to tissue boxes and a digital clock in the bedroom. They were very helpful in letting us check in early which was much appreciated. And the bed was the right size for two Americans used to having lots of space! We were only there for 2 nights but would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area as it is right on the bus route between Kingston and Richmond.

I enjoyed my stay at Rangi's annex. The accommodation was perfect for me - private - but I liked the idea of being attached to the main house, in case I needed anything . The kitchen was very well appointed. Thank you, Rangi, for your kindness and making me feel so welcome.

We absolutely loved staying at The Annexe, it’s beautifully decorated, fully equipped with everything you need and is much more spacious than we realised. The Secret Garden was great for our son to run around safely in and nice to sit outside to eat dinner. What’s also great is that the space has been thoughtfully considered, there’s lots of storage space ( which a lack of in other places is a real bug bear of mine!) and kitchen has everything you’d need and more! Comfortable bed and really comfy huge sofa bed in the lounge. We met the host Christy briefly and she was very welcoming and friendly. The property has a wonderfully warm and inviting ambience, would highly recommend you stay here.

Perfect location - easy walk to the seafront and eateries. Accommodation was clean and tidy, had everything anyone would need and the 2 garden areas were perfect for our dogs. Truly an outstanding! Went for a trip to legoland and experience Windsor. Fantastic customer service throughout and everyone was extremely welcome. Made my whole party feel extremely welcome, especially my two year old son! We spent a magic weekend in Windsor, which was made better by staying here.

There honestly aren't words to describe Regina's garden stay in a way that does it justice! It is a truly beautiful and thoughtful stay in an incredibly tended and tranquil garden, attached to a beautiful house and opposite a large playing field. The interior design choices are immaculate, with beautiful kitchenware in a well-equipped kitchen (which was so thoughtfully stocked with milk, juice, eggs, breakfast cereals and more! Above and beyond!) and a magical bathroom decorated in beautiful tiling and a great shower! There were so many thoughtful touches, like spare slippers! So much kindness has been put into making this place a special place to stay! And Regina herself is wonderful, with clear and generous communication, and effortful accommodation. Absolutely a top Airbnb stay and very memorable! I loved it and would love to stay again!
